Progress report

I've trying to mew for 1 month, trying different techniques, approaches, seeing what works, researching, and just yesterday and this day I figured out how to mew really hard and feel my bones reshaping while doing it. Then, after one session of hard mewing, I saw my maxila had moved forward, and I realized my breathing improved and I was finally able to hold a suction mew easily. I just had a meal with my family and the way they are treating me is... insane, night and day, like way more polite. I never expected to see such fast results, but yes, hard mewing is a true cheatcode, it took me a month to figure it out, but then I just had to do a small amount to see instant progress. That was my experience, and I'd be very curious to know if someone has had the same happen to them.

I cannot believe this.

I'm curious, how can I be more confident with girls? Excercise, nofap, they haven't helped me get over that baseline anxiousness. Maybe the answer is to stop getting instant gratification altogether (no music, no social media, no games, no movies, no sugar), no illusions of accomplishment

Maybe getting clean from all addictions and not just nofap is the solution to the much bigger problem: ANXIETY. I think that that is what has been stopping a lot of us from being who we want to be.

Say your favorite composer and your favorite food.

I'll start.

Mozart.

Grapes.

*Edit: someone commented "Xenakis. Razor blades". I think some of you are taking my question too literally. Come on, try to be sarcastic about it.

I'm curious, are you on nofap because merely you want to gain benefit (purely selfish purpose) or becuase you think it's the right thing to do (religion, morals, guilt feelings)

Let's see what the motivations are

Mewing Tip

Hold an object of considerable weight (like a book) on front of your forehead while mewing.

The reasoning is that, because of recessed jaws, to keep the balance of the body, the head has to move forward. When this happens, proper head posture is lost and thus mewing becomes harder to maintain or less effective.

If you are struggling to keep the tongue on the roof of your mouth for longer periods try this.

I'm not an expert, this is based on experience and common sense.

Every Mozart recording recommended by David Hurwitz

Yes, I went through a ton of David Hurwitz’s videos in order to assemble a list of Mozart’s recordings.

Why do this? Well, these recommendations have allowed me to discover great music that I wouldn’t have found otherwise, and I really think that the community could use a resource like this one.

Why Mozart? I plan to do this with more composers, but for now only Mozart.

I added links to the recordings so they don't have to be looked up. Please consider letting me know if this list is of any utility.
