Worried about several moles, when should I get them checked by a dermatologist?

Hi everyone. I have quite a lot of moles on my body, and it seems to run in my family, my mother and my maternal aunts also have many moles. I’m worried about a few specific ones, so I attached three photos.
I know no one can diagnose melanoma or skin cancer from pictures online, but I wanted to ask dermatologists/people with experience: do any of these look like something that should be checked sooner rather than later?
What signs should I look for when checking my moles at home? For example, changes in shape, color, size, border, itching, bleeding, crusting, pain, or a mole that looks different from my other moles.
I’m planning to book a dermatologist appointment, but I’m anxious and would appreciate guidance on what would be considered urgent vs. routine. Thank you.

Dentist Stopped Mid-Extraction and Left Root Fragments Behind , What Should I Expect Now?

Hi dentists/oral surgeons of Reddit,
I’m a 24-year-old female, and I have an upper molar that is badly broken down. There is basically no crown/tooth structure left to save, only two small root/root-fragment pieces are visible close to the gumline. One area also seemed like gum/tissue had grown around it.
A previous dentist told me the tooth was dead and attempted to remove it normally, without doing a surgical extraction at first. During the process, he tried to pull it out, but then stopped midway and decided he would not continue. I was left with two fragments/root pieces still in the gum.
After that attempt, my gum became swollen and irritated around the area. I had to deal with it and let it heal for almost two months before I felt like the gum finally calmed down. Now that it has healed, I’m planning to go to a new oral surgeon, but honestly I’m scared because of what happened last time.
My questions are:
For an upper molar broken down to the gum/root level, is surgical extraction usually the standard approach?
Would an X-ray or CBCT be needed first to see how many roots/fragments are left and where they are positioned?
If the tooth is dead, why could I still feel pain or strong discomfort during the extraction attempt?
What kind of local anesthesia is usually used for an upper molar/root-fragment extraction, and can they add more if I still feel pain?
Is it common for gums to swell after a failed/incomplete extraction attempt?
How long does this kind of procedure usually take when only root fragments are left?
Is this something an oral surgeon should usually be able to handle, even if the previous dentist stopped midway?
I know nobody can diagnose me online without X-rays or an exam. I’m mainly trying to understand what to expect and calm my anxiety before going to the oral surgeon.
Any words from dentists/oral surgeons would be appreciated. Thank you.

What Are My Real Chances at Koç and Boğaziçi?

I’m an international applicant applying for a Master’s degree through the Türkiye Scholarships (YTB) program and would appreciate some honest feedback.
I have a 9.07/10 GPA and a TOEFL score of 90, but I’m curious how much weight universities place on professional experience compared to grades and test scores.
Some highlights from my background:
• Government experience, including advising senior political officials and working within public institutions
• Published research and policy work
• Founder/Co-founder of an NGO
• Research and policy analysis experience
• Participation in NATO, OSCE, diplomatic, and leadership programs
• Leadership roles in political and civic organizations
• Extensive volunteering and community engagement
This is only a summary, as my full application includes additional academic, professional, and extracurricular achievements.
For those familiar with graduate admissions, especially in International Relations, International Law, Public Policy, or Political Science:
How competitive does this profile sound?
Do universities value government and policy experience?
What stands out the most?
What would you consider the weakest part of the application?
I’d appreciate honest feedback rather than encouragement.
Thanks!

Astrologers: What’s the biggest blind spot in my chart regarding career and love?

I’m still learning astrology and would love some outside perspectives on my natal chart.

I’m particularly interested in:
• Career: What career path or industry seems most aligned with my chart? Do you see strong indicators for success, leadership, public recognition, entrepreneurship, law, politics, international work, etc.? What do you think my biggest career strengths and challenges are?
For some background, I've been interested in politics for years and have been involved in political and civic activities. I studied law, and I'm now planning to continue with either a master's in law or international relations.

• Love & relationships: What stands out about my relationship patterns? What kind of partner seems best suited to me? Do you see lessons, delays, or recurring themes in my love life?

I appreciate both traditional and modern astrology interpretations. I’m especially interested in hearing what placements or aspects stand out immediately to you and why.

Thank you!

24F - Multiple moles, but one on my nipple is much darker. Should I be concerned?

24F.

I’ve always had quite a few moles on my body (arms, stomach, chest, etc.), and moles run in my family. My mom also has similar dark moles.
I’m mainly concerned about the one on my nipple. It’s noticeably darker/blacker than many of my other moles and seems to have a darker center with some lighter brown around it.
I’ve attached photos of this mole as well as some of my other moles for comparison. Some of my moles are also slightly raised, and I’ve noticed that after sun exposure they can become more raised and bump-like.
I know the best answer is to see a dermatologist, and I plan to when I can, but I’d really appreciate any professional opinions in the meantime.
Do these look like typical benign moles, or is there anything here that would warrant getting checked sooner?

Thank you.

What placement in my chart is responsible for my bluntness?

Why am I so undiplomatic despite having so much Libra in my chart?
One thing I’ve always found confusing about my chart is that people often associate Libra placements with diplomacy, tact, people-pleasing, and avoiding conflict, but that has never really described me.
Some of my main placements are:
Libra Sun (0°)
Libra Rising (18°)
Mercury in Libra
Moon in Sagittarius
Pluto conjunct Moon in Sagittarius
Mars in Capricorn
In real life, I tend to be very direct and blunt. I don’t usually sugarcoat things, and when I think something is unfair, inefficient, or ridiculous, I can be pretty outspoken about it. I’ve never been the type to keep the peace just for the sake of keeping the peace.
I’ve wondered whether the Sagittarius Moon, Pluto-Moon conjunction, or Mars in Capricorn are overriding some of the stereotypical Libra traits.
For those of you who read charts professionally or have similar placements, what stands out to you? What in this combination would make someone much less diplomatic than people would expect from a Libra Sun and Libra Rising?
I’m curious whether you’d expect this chart to be more diplomatic or more straightforward, and why.

Scared I might get pregnant from pre-cum during ovulation

Hi guys, I feel kind of dumb posting this, but I just need some education/reassurance.

So I had sex with my boyfriend while I think I was ovulating (possibly day 1 or 2 of ovulation). He did NOT finish inside me, and we did use a condom the whole time except for the very beginning. We started without one for literally just a couple of minutes for skin to skin contact, then he put the condom on and we continued normally.

Now I’m freaking out about pregnancy risk even though he didn’t finish inside me and we used protection afterward. Has anyone been in a similar situation or knows how risky this actually is?
