Blocked condensate pipe - food waste likely problem.

Blocked condensate pipe - food waste likely problem.

I've a new build where the condensate pipe runs through the wall in the kitchen and then meets the waste pipe under the sink. Last year we had someone push through all the accumulated gunk out of this, clearing the blockage. We're having the same problem this year with the boiler's condensate trap filling up causing an ignition lockout.

What would the best way be to tackle this fitting, especially if I'd need to take it out and clear out more gunk again?

What chemicals could I pour through the pipe to dissolve any gunk?

Windfury WeakAura

Can anyone get me the spell ID or just a guide on creating a simple WeakAura that'll show the WF icon when it applied to my melee weapon by a Shaman's totem?

Humming?

So when I go full lock left or right in my b7 estate I hear a humming noise... I've had new tyres and alignment done but it persists. Can anyone advise what it may be?

(UK) ClickMechanic advice needed

I used ClickMechanic to have my front and rear brake pads & discs swapped on my 2011 estate. I work shifts so finding time to get the car into a garage is a nightmare.

The chap who came was lovely, has plenty of good reviews for more complex work (suspension arms, timing / water pump changes etc). He charged £441 for over 2 hours of work and did 3/4 wheels, parts supplied.

Then came the issue, the rear brake calliper bracket bolts were corroded and so he asked me to come out and see. He'd snapped both, explained about the corrosion and that VW use Steel Bolts on Aluminium parts, meaning they were seized.

He then said the brake calliper is in no danger of falling off, that the car is safe to drive and it may come loose from the car being driven over time. When it does, to give him a call and he'd come back to replace the bolts and finish the job (for free).

He then said I shouldn't mention this to ClickMechanic as they'd charge me another booking to replace the wheel hub.

What do I do? On the one hand I'd like to contact the service, explain the above, point out the chaps snapped two bolts rather than stopping at the first, and hope I can claim this as damages done to have the follow-ups work done ASAP and maybe at a reduced price. Shall I drive it about and see if it loosens for him to come back?

Thanks!

Swapped 2012 CC Saloon to a 2011 CC Estate.

Twas a decent deal with less mileage, full service and recent big work on the manual clutch. The downside however is I've no rear view camera or sensors (front/back).

The camera will be easy enough to fit myself, there's a plethora of guidance for this.

I really would like to fit the OEM OPS sensors (front and back) however. I cannot find a guide for this, can anyone help? It looks relatively complex as well so would be tempted to pay for it to be done professionally. Can anyone in the south of UK recommend a company or vendor?

Thanks!

Buying advice 2015 1.5 Diesal Manual Titanium X

As above

Just after some advice, maybe some suggestions or pointers.

We need to get an estate and we've found the above for 6.1k but with 65k miles and part service history.

The dealer is offering 6 months warranty, service and MOT + inspection on sale, I'm waiting for him to confirm belt and water pump have (or will be) changed.

Is this a good deal, generally reading the car has good track record from a few sources, it being Diesal so no wetbelt to worry over.

Casino Bots Anti Mafia

Can we have a community driven list of ways and means we can kill off the bots please?

There's the mobs from SoS, internals, tagging cenarion faction mobs and FD-ing.

Any other ways? I'm curious to see what could be done besides letting the Casino Bots in Cities continue their monopoly.

Possibly a dumb question...

So in M1 when Neo wakes up in the pod, one of the machines starts to strangle him. His cables and connectors all disconnect and he's left stunned then flushed before Moprheus et Al., save him.

My question is why does the Machine let him go and simply fly off? Wouldn't the Machine's job be to plug him back in? Or just kill him off and liquidate his body for another to take his place?

Sorry if this has been queried before.
