The photo is my old PC. I've been out of the loop for 10 years. I do not understand the current pricing/parts/models available. The pic is of my last gaming build from 2014/2015. It broke around 6 years ago, fixed it several times with replacement parts but it just kept breaking for some reason (probably due to the Seasonic 1000watt PSU but it pissed me off because I bought top of the line at the time). After that, I just bought an MBP M3 Pro for work after that and gave up on PC gaming for a bit due to hardware frustration. Now I want to get back into it. But I don't want to go too hard like the last time.

I just want some recommendations for 3440x1440 60 FPS gaming. I want to use my old ultrawide monitor. I like graphics more than raw FPS. 60 FPS is fine for me. I don't play shooters anyway. Just open world RPGs. I want to reuse my old Corsair Obsidian 1000D super tower case. I'll probably junk the Seasonic PSU which I think kept bricking my old parts.

CPU, Mobo, GPU, PSU, RAM, SSD, Cooler recommendations (never doing a custom watercooled system ever again. Not worth the effort.) Please note, I only care about stable 60FPS, non-4k gaming and I don't want to spend too much either so a mid priced build will do.

Got this generic penholder that wraps around your notebook and redid my EDC setup. Have everything I need for what I do. Keep notes, make checklists and make quick idea sketches for work. I chuck the entire thing into a bag/satchel.

Very happy with it compared to my old setup of 3 separate pen cases.

The Notebooks are a Rhodia A5 and a generic Grid A5 notebook from Daiso I use as a sketchbook. The pen cases are a Dolity Elastic Band Pen Holder and a vintage Tombow pencil case.

Not all mechanical pencils or even pens for that matter but the "pens" are (left to right 3rd picture):

Wife went to Japan for a business trip. I asked her to bring me back some Bocchi the Rock or Yuru Camp merch and she got me these. The guitar picks are legit Bocchi the Rock merch. The pen holder…not so much. Same pink hair, different anime.

Side note: the pick set is too nice to use so I just framed it.

C6 Prune with Varesa sig and Long Night’s Oath. Everyone else is C2R1. Missed opportunity to make her plunge animation a hammer smash. Oh well.

C6R5 Prune, C2R1 Nicole, Durin and Xianyun. My rotation is still pretty rough so she could probably do a little more.

I love these things. They’re kinda like fidget toys in the best way.

Tried out plunge dps Prune for fun. Pleasantly surprised with the results.

Checked the team dps on milliastra and prune was doing 80%+ of the team’s damage.

These are my current top favorite vintage mechanical pencils that I daily drive. A Pilot H-3005, A Faber Castell Alpha matic titanium, an Alpha matic Bronce for my favorite non drafting pencil, a Pentel Excalibur PXE5. The bronce and the Excalibur get the most mileage though.

Was gonna use them but I think I’ll just frame them.

Brute forcing with Lan Yan and Noelle. I don’t really consider Lan Yan or Faruzan a grouper. Lol.

I am left handed and I’ve always wanted to try using medium and broad nibs. However, they dry too slow. I’ve tried overwriting and underwriting but they’re just not comfortable for me and I couldn’t even last a week with those styles. Spent the last day trying to write with my right hand instead. The speed is pretty serviceable now and it’s…not uncomfortable at all. Just a little shaky but I think I can stick with it long enough to improve the shaky lines. How’s it look though?

I keep getting asked how Furina manages to apply enough hydro on the Herra boss. It’s just Furina’s E, NAs and Lan Yan’s infused E basically. So did a quick vid to show it. My best time on this boss with this team is 90 seconds on a pc but I just did it on mobile to show the hydro aura thing
