summary : Rn at pre final year of electronics engineering and i have two options to choose regarding UPSC prep

1. Do a job for 1-1.5 yrs and then leave and prepare for 2-4 yrs
2. start preparing just after college for next 3-4 yrs
   ps- Are there any ways u guys earning anything besides study
   Will try till age of 26 else shift career so that can settle before 28-30 !

for details :

21 (gen) M here . Will be graduating next year with ECE B.Tech (from tier 1.5 college countrywise) and planning to do a job for 1-1.5 year to remove tag of fresher and gather some savings to fund my coaching and rents for atleast 2-3 yrs to prepare for UPSC. But acc to my family They are like if u get 3-4 yrs of career gap , u will be treated as a fresher only so start preparing just from last year of college(instead placements) to next 3-4 yrs (till 26 ) ! and if not then still its easy to comeback and settle in 1-2 yrs and get married around 28-30.
Here’s about my family background, my both parents are semi govt school teachers, gonna retire at 2033 & 2036 so independents post retirement also and elder brother is into Top 4s of IT ! So we can easily stand financially firm for at least next 5 yrs ; so for me no earning burden till next 5-6 yrs !
what way u find more sensible from these two preparation timelines ?

i cleared NDA written thrice but rn suffering from heavy spine injury (during physical prep) ! just done with surgeries and it’ll take 8-12 months to get back at least ! rn everything feels like hell with hopelessness! it feels like everybody is moving forward and i stuck at same ! everyone enjoying their college lives, friends are busy into their academics and hustles ; and i am just a bedridden guy ! from getting up to sleep whole day getting messed with anxiety and overthinking, feels like I lost everything, Also there are options to pursue college next year onwards but its all hopelessness !I tried meditation, talk therapy…etc but its not working! I just want to get out of this sh*t and wanna be on track ! plz provide ur experiences which will help me alot to calm myself
