Hey everyone. I am trying to come up with an idea for a paladin sorcerer combo. The main thing i want out of the build is to be able to enhance my abilities and make my attacks stronger. Like I want him to be able to enhance his sword and do more damage or put magic into his shield to increase defense or even enhance a shove or something to that effect. I kinda want like a mage knight sort of aesthetic where he is born with magic and uses that as a knight of a kingdom to protect it

So I have just given my players a big trial done by two juvenile krakens. It was a hard trial (took 3, two hours sessions to finish). They managed to succeed the trial which was more than just get them to 0. They will be rewarded with an item but the BBEG will be able to sense that. I was wondering if it would be took much for me to have the party go back to town and have the BBEG send a strong enemy to the town and have the party have to fight it without a rest? I wouldn't say they are tapped out, but definitely tired. They also, at the end of the trial, are going to level up. Maybe I can give them back some spell slots or something during a short rest or something?

So I am creating a pair of pendant shards that are basically two halves of a whole. Each shard of the pendant can be used by two different players then they can put it together to summon the twin krakens who gave it to them. Each shard has its own abilities and I want to make them strong to pair with the strong krakens they came from. For example the Storm Shard give the player the ability once per long rest to max out anything that uses lightning damage (similar to the tempest cleric domain ability). The Deep Shard is what I am having trouble with. It is more defensive in nature compared to its offensive counterpart. I am trying to figure out what once per long rest feature I can give it to be on par with its other half. I was thinking the Indominable ability from the fighter but I still feel that might be a little weaker than the other ability.

Hey everyone looking for some ideas on how to build sucrose. I just got lauma to c1 so a lot of my healing comes from her now. So I can swap out kuki for sucrose. My columbina uses sms, and lauma uses 2pc/2pc to help me get 1193 elemental mastery. So I need to figure out what set to use on sucrose. Any help would be appreciated.
