[Update 3] My first real attempt at making a map

Alright so i know its been a bit with no update but I was trying to figure out what I wanted to put where. But its the same deal as last time the first picture was what I just previously uploaded image and the second image is what I just finished.

Also this time I could use some help. In the new image in the top left corner I have a grass field with hills. I was thinking of making that like where a previous large battle took place. But im not sure. Any ideas for names would be really helpful. Remember this is my feywild so it could be almost anything.

Having trouble sorting out my Campaign story

So the base line of the campaign, as far as the players are concerned is this: Blight (Druid Lich) creating an over grown Memorial forest to take over the landscape from the cities that are increasing the pollution in the area and deforesting far too much of the land, encompassing almost the whole continent. They wanted a way to defend nature and they turned to lichdom in order to defend it. Now they have a Death Bloom acting as their phylactery in the heart of the Memorial (to be named later). The closer to the death bloom they are the stronger they get.

That was the basic premise I wrote at the start for the player. I also knew I wanted another BBEG that was kind of in the background. They were the cause of how the "Blight" got the information on how to become a lich. Not only was he seeing how it worked, but it is helping him cause convergences with the fey, material, a shadow realms. He wants this to expand his kingdom further into other planes. They were also the reason why a PC became a vampire who lost her memories (from campaign 1). Their over all goal was to figure out how far they can take immortality without testing it on himself. The BBEG has a magical heart that doesn't allow him to age, but if it were damaged it could change that. Because its magical he can take off the anti aging effect to increase his immunities (though he only does this for extreme circumstances). His over all goal is to try to reach an immortality that doesn't affect his mental status or physically change him in any drastic way.

My thought is that he will eventually try to turn to godhood. But I have no idea how to implement him into the game. All I have right now as far as story is that he is the "immortal" king of a kingdom in the fey realm that on the surface seems benevolent but has these ulterior motives behind the scenes. He wants to expand his kingdom outward taking over territory after territory in the fey and beyond (as I said before).

Right now the players are hell bent on stopping the Blight (60 session into the campaign already), but I do want this other BBEG to be a huge factor in my game eventually. Am I wrong for trying to add him in, should I just let the campaign come down to just defeating the blight? I am just having a hard time trying to put it all together. Should this be someone who is used in the campaign after this? I am just afraid that my life will get even busier in the future (my wife and I are thinking of children soon) and if it gets too chaotic I won't be able to bring this to light and that bothers me a little.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be really helpful.

[Update 2]My first real attempt at making a map

So I've slowly been filling in the center of the map (picture 1 is the original outline, picture 2 is after about 3 days or so). Its been pretty tedious, but my feywild is coming out pretty good so far I think? It will hopefully come out better once I color it, but hopefully its pretty good so far by others standards.

Anyone else having fun with Chasca in the new map?

She has been so useful so I can avoid having to be stuck using all the new ice tower and building stuff. Plus pairing her with cryo traveler and Alyosha has been kinda fun seeing stellar swirl and stellar conduct. Chasca....always every evolving and adapting lol

What rarity would this item be?

If you made this item what rarity would you give it? It has to be attuned. Currently I have it as very rare. Do you think that works?

A sleek oval pendant of blackened silver, divided by a single polished line that runs vertically through its center. Set into the heart of the amulet is a smooth cabochon of deep violet amethyst, held by two crescent‑shaped silver prongs. When the item is attuned to a creature a thread appears in the center of the gem. The gem seems to pulse faintly when its bearer’s life wanes, as if echoing the rhythm of fate itself

The talisman holds 5 charges. When a creature attuned to it falls to 25% or less of their maximum hit points, they may expend 1 charge as a bonus action. Until the end of their next turn, when they deal damage to a single target with a melee attack or single‑target spell (no area effects), they regain hit points equal to half the damage dealt, up to 20 hit points.

If the wearer’s hit points are reduced to 0, the amulet’s pulse accelerates and the silver thread within the gem begins to unravel. Should the wearer die while attuned, the thread snaps and fades entirely...the mark of fate fulfilled.

Need help with bread crumbs for BBEG

So I am doing a little bit of work on my campaign and I am starting to set up story bread crumbs for the players and I need some help figuring out some information.

The BBEG is a fey humanoid called "The Immortal" by his enemies. He is basically a king of a large fey kingdom where he is known for his benevolence around the kingdom and feared by his enemies. The stories tell how he can fight 1,000 soldiers on his own. That he is at least 800 to 900 years old, and has expanded his kingdom through leadership and strength, either taking land from those who wish to take it or making deals with others to bring them into the protection of his kingdom's name.

What is actually going on is that he is quite the ruthless fighter and tactician. While the people in the kingdom see him as benevolent, behind the scenes he is quite malevolent. The rumors about his strength are mostly true. Very few can face him in combat, but what helps him are the legendary equipment he has been able to precure including a magically made heart that does not allow him to age (essentially freezing his age in that moment). This heart has other properties that he switches to only when he is in combat against very strong foes pushing him to his limits.

His current major goal is expanding his kingdom to other realms (in my game the fey, shadowfell, and material planes are called the triplet planes since they are linked together magically). He has made deals with creatures in each plane to cause disruptions (for example one person the players think is the BBEG is a druid lich who has taken over the bulk of their continent in magical forest "The Immortal" gave this druid the means of lichdom to "protect" her forest forever). These disruptions cause temporary convergences between all three planes. His goal is to cause so many that permanent gateways can open and he can march in and take what he wants.

Currently the players have learned about the convergences and are trying to help temporarily close them. This led them to a whole city that was transported to the material plane (city of wood elves). Something is going to happen when they are going to thrown into a fight they can't win and are going to have no choice but to retreat into a portal to the fey (don't worry this is currently happening and I am not forcing them but it is in their best interest). What I was hoping to do was that the portal would send them outside of the BBEG's kingdom. I am debating if they should meet him and have them see him as the benevolent king everyone thinks he is while throwing in some clues here and there that things are a little off. That way they can maybe use those later in the campaign when they put everything together. What do you think?

If a weapon is made of adamantine is it considered a magical weapon? I know it lets someone crit on an inanimate object but is that a magical property?

Need some information on building her

So since I am not pulling for while I decided to level up some of the characters on my account to use for different things like imaginarium. One of them is Keqing. I just got her to level 80 and have been strongboxing thundering fury artifacts for her. I have a pretty good electro % artifact for her, but I wanted to know if I should just go ATK% with a Crit Rate Circlet. I am using Lion's Roar as the weapon. Also I am not sure if this helps she is c2

Any advice would be very much welcome also any advice on how she should be played in game as well would help too.

Need ideas for an item

So i have a new player starting the game this week and he is playing a barbarian. The group is level 8 (soon to be 9) and I told him he needed 2 uncommon items and a rare. Due to his backstory I told him I would make his rare item for him. I was going to make an Amulet that his fallen angel father left him but he took a the wound closure Amulet along with a ring. I dont want to give him a weapon because at the end of his story when he meets his father (and the father ultimately dies, or at least thats how I have it planned out atm) he will bestow him with his person blade (its a very rare or close to legendary weapon). So im kinda looking for some ideas on what i could make for him atm.

Need dm help on a ruling

So in my game last night i was dm for my friends and i was a little confused on one part of the combat. The creature i was using has a weak spot on its eyes and when the hp of the eyes goes to 0 and it becomes blind. The only sense it has left is a tremor sense (it's a huge insect monster). Does it still suffer from the blind condition if it still has tremor sense and get the negative effects of it like having disadvantage on attacks and advantage on attacks against it? Or do those effects only occur outside of it's tremor sense?

Trying to figure out how to give a player the physical features of his fallen angel father

So I have a player coming into my game that wants to play a character that is a mix race between storm giant and angel. I am perfectly fine with this. The only things I am unsure of are, how big should his character be height wise and when it comes to his angelic side how much of that should come out. The reason is his father is a fallen angel. His character has no idea who is father is and im in the process of figuring out how his mother met him. The inage has a picture of his father from a book i used. This fallen angel was an antagonist to the party (before this player joined) so it will be a fun surprise when they all find out who he is later. Any ideas?

Just starting my melt mav journy

Hey everyone. I am starting my journey into using melt Mav because for my skill issues it seemed like the easier of the combos to perform. So for the first time I was looking into teams and it said I could use sucrose (in the first video above). The video above is my best run with sucrose. Yes I know i messed up on dashes so I guess I should be doing more damage with my c1 Mav right?

In the video below its the same team but replace sucrose with c2 iansan using 4 piece cinder set like citlali (yes I know they dont stack but I dont have anything better yet). I got higher dps but im not sure if the run was smoother or iansan just adds that much more?

Any help or advice would be appreciated. I want to learn so anything you can teach me would be awesome.
