I replace my headlights WAY too often. The DRL dashlight comes on and a weird buzz if the headlights aren't on, and I swear I cannot have both high beams working at the same time. What do I do? I try not to drive at night because of it but I would really rather my headlights just worked.
Any insight is greatly appreciated!
This is my baby, Neo. He's a beauty XRS that as been mine since the start of 2020 and has been the best vehicle I've ever owned, hands down.
I'm looking to give him some love, and wondering if anyone has done a vinyl wrap on their matrix before and can offer any advice how much wrap is needed, fiddly bits, things you wish you knew before starting etc. any and all knowledge is welcome! And photos! Share your wraps with me!
I'm a big ol' nerd for pixel art, and Nintendo's Tamadochi Life has basically "Mario Paint" where you can make a bunch of stuff for the characters to interact with including records. Crux has a bunch of my Mii characters from the game in lieu of drawing out each person. Crux Deluxe is next, then I'll probably do some Bowie.
(Flagged NSFW because no one needs to unwillingly see that ugly mug)
I'm guessing he did this to try to curry favour with us after all the 51st state talk?
Or he just thinks were SO cool he's copying us.
Either way, the 1776-2026 reads like a memorial, especially with the dead eyed rapist glaring at you from above it.
edit: I was able to get ahold of a lovely network of ladies who do rescue transport and I'm taking him to them now to have his best chance at life! He's getting quite spunky so I'm glad people with experience will be caring for him now 💕
I had left him alone when I first came upon him, he was upsidedown in a shrub and I figured parents were nearby and didn't want to mess with him so continued on my hike, about 30-45 mins later I was on my way back and he was still in the same spot, looking helpless, and I couldn't see or hear any robins around (I know they'll usually alert and try to draw predators away from their babies)... I looked for a nest and couldn't see one anywhere close, so I approached him to move the branches he was caught on so he'd at least not be upsidedown anymore.
In doing so he plopped upright and ran toward my hand, then into my hand, and hunkered down. I stayed in the area trying to find any evidence of his family but couldn't find them. I live very rural and the wildlife rescues that used to be in the area are all gone now. Gave him a little water with a medical plunger and some cat food (wet, like those tube treats, it was all I had on hand that I thought might work?) tried giving him some mosquitos that landed on me but he as only accepted the wet food and water. He seems really sad and when I put him down he wanted my warmth. He's on a heat pad now but I don't know if he's a lost cause or if there's hope for him, none of the vets around will take wildlife and I called conservation and they told me basically let nature run its course.
My thought is to set him up in our catio, it has a grassy patch and the cage is wide enough for him to get out but I can keep the window closed so it's his little area, and give him water and shelter at least where he can't be taken by a predator.
Any and all advice would be deeply appreciated, he's so pathetic but seems to have a fighting spirit, I'm not a bird person and I know I probably should have just left him to die in the woods but I couldn't bring myself to do it, especially waiting so long for his parents to show up, little guy seemed doomed from the start and his chasing my hand for warmth broke my heart. Thanks for reading
Song I'm looking for was about a guy who's standing at night on a road and he sees a guy who looks exactly like him and he comes out and he says "hello Brailing" and it's a replica of him which he listens to his chest and there's a tick tick tick tick so he knows he's a robot.
Brailing is the guy's name "hello Brailing, I'm Brailing"
It's ambient music with a great beat not quite electronica but this is a spoken bit within the song it almost sounds like a movie soundtrack from the '40s or something.
Best Ute ever.
I'm installing a new battery on my 2004 EX and under the battery mount I noticed this wire that... Has clearly seen better days.
Any leads would be super helpful, I want to know if I need to fix this before I put the battery back in, it looks like a ground wire for something (??) but the bolt isn't accessible with the battery installed.
Photos uploaded backwards, are as follows:

EDIT: I have located the origin and posted a photo in the comments!
