In this scenario Italy sides with the allied powers before the d-day or peraphs before if Germany attacks them

Italy would remain a monarchy but the Senate would get more power like so in Spain

Due to the fear that the partisans in yugo would become aligned with the Soviet union, the allied powers would give extra territories to Italy in the region, Albania also becomes a protectorate and not a communist dictatorship.

After the fall of Yugoslavia I would see Albania gaining independence cause they don't need to be protected no more.

Rhodes becomes a sort of Malta for Italy, so part of a commonwealth togheter with ex colonies of Libya Eritrea and somalia

Italy would be given Malta as compensation by the UK, I see it staying Italian cause it's very close and much Italian whatsoever

Minor border changes with france (ones that Italy lost after ww2 OTL)

Italy's debt would be 25% of what it is OTL

Italy would lose Eritrea and somalia first (maybe the first African countries to get indipendence because Italy wouldn't do much with them)

On the other end Libya would be one of the last to get independence also due to a repopulation plan they had

Italian oil refineries (Eni) and the state in general would be much more enriched by the oil fields discovered in Libya post ww2

Every change per country:

-Italy:

1_ Parts of Dalmatia is officially given to Italy

2_ Fiume successfuly unites with Italy

3_ Parts of Albania are given to Italy, mostly for

ports

4_ Albania is officially an Italian protectorate

5_ Due to the lost Turkish war of indipendence:

Italy is most likely given one of those three:Tunisia,

Oth Docecaese Isles, A new claim on Abyssinia

6_ Istria and Bolzano become the first regions with

special statutes of ltaly

7_ Lienz becomes the Italian version of Saar for an

indeterminate period of time

- Austria:

Pays 30% of the war reparations costs

-Hungary:

1_ Southern borders changes to accommodate

Hungarian nationalities

2_ Pays 25% of the war reparations costs

Bulgaria:

Southern Dobruja remains Bulgarian

- Spain:

Tangier zone cededed due to minor war efforts

- Germany:

1_Less of Jutland ceded to Denmark

2_ Able to keep the Danzig strait but at the cost of

Memel (look Poland)

3_ less war reparations, divided with Austria and

Hungary, Germany pays the 45%

Poland:

1_Memel strait is created in order to give them sea

access

2_ Vilnius is ceded to Lithuania for border changes,

extra costs are paid by the polish government

3_ Ostrava is ceded from Czechoslovakia due to

polish majority
