I'm having panic attacks almost daily

Sometimes they are weak like I can control them I can stay calm and handle it but it's a little scary when the big panic attack comes like i stutter way too much and then everything is just out of place, I just wanna run out of it but sacred people will see and they will think that I want attention.

I also tried to tell and reach out to people but at some point they started to think that I just want attention, I'm fed up with all this, just leave me alone now.

I know a few things when this happens what to do like 5-4-3-2-1 and slow breathing but is there any other way to overcome this?

Can this be over? Or is it can be chronic?

I want to start freelancing but stuck on who to sell.

I'm a student and i am good at making social media posts, website design and some what brand design.

I tried looking for a niche by the help of ai and gpt but they are dumb and they keep giving m same targets like gym, shops etc...

I am just overwhelmed by it and had this option to ask you guys if anyone can help me here.

What do you guys do when you are bored?

I figured that most of my time went on doomscrolling and felt exhausted.

I want to know what I should do all day if I quit doomscrolling?

Do you feel Indian news has become confusing to trust? I’m validating a small idea

I’m trying to validate a small idea and would appreciate honest feedback.

The idea is called SACH — basically a news clarity platform for India.

The problem I’m looking at is this: the same news story often gets framed differently by different outlets, viral claims spread before they’re checked, and a lot of important local/overlooked stories never really reach people.

The idea is not to create another news app or tell people what to believe. It’s more like a place where people can compare different sources on the same story, see what is verified, what context is missing, and discover credible independent voices.

Right now I’m only trying to understand if this is actually a problem people face, or if I’m overthinking it.

I made a short 2-minute form. Honest criticism is welcome.

I want to do freelancing in UI/UX designing and have a bit of experience, can make pixel art and UI.

I was wondering is there a right way of doing it?

i actually added my gig on fiverr and working on a portfolio webite to showcase my design.

How do you reach out to a client? how do you find the leads?
