I have a parcel sent through Relay that hasn’t had any tracking updates since 27/07. Today (15/08), it was finally marked as lost.

Has this happened to anyone here before? If a parcel is officially marked as lost, is there still any chance it could be delivered afterwards, or does “lost” usually mean it’s definitely gone?

Also, I’m curious about what actually happens when a parcel goes missing. Is it possible for parcels to disappear somewhere in the delivery process because of a mistake or mishandling, or could they potentially be taken by someone involved in the delivery process?

I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who’s had a similar experience, especially if their parcel was marked as lost and then turned up later

I bought an item on Vinted and chose Relay for the delivery because I’d used them before without any problems. The parcel was sent on the 26th, but it still hasn’t arrived and there hasn’t been a single tracking update since it was collected.

I contacted Relay about it, but they haven’t replied either. As of today, there’s still no update whatsoever. Has anyone else experienced this with Relay? Did your parcel eventually arrive, or did it get lost?

What really frustrates me is Vinted’s policy regarding lost parcels. You have to wait an entire month before you can report the parcel as lost, but once that month is over, they only give you two days to submit a claim.

So you can wait a whole month for your parcel, with no updates at all, and then you’re given just 48 hours to act. I find that absolutely ridiculous. What if you don’t notice the deadline or don’t realise you need to make the claim within those two days? It just doesn’t seem reasonable to me.

I’d really like to know if anyone else has had this happen with Relay and what the outcome was.

Hi everyone! I’m hoping someone can help me figure out what’s causing this.
My toilet cistern keeps leaking water into the toilet bowl. The only way it stops is if I manually lift the float well above the normal water level. The problem is that this isn’t a real solution because the water would be above the overflow pipe, so it’s impossible for it to stay like that.
I’ve already adjusted the float height/arm several times, but it hasn’t made any difference. The cistern still keeps filling and water continues to leak into the bowl.
Does this sound like a faulty fill valve, flush valve seal, or something else? Any advice would be really appreciated. Thank you!

Hi everyone, I’m wondering if I could get a negative automatic review in this situation.

I bought an item on 19/07, and the seller said they would ship it the next day. Today is 23/07 and it still hasn’t been shipped. I only realised afterwards that the item is coming from the United States, so it will probably take around 2 weeks to arrive.

The problem is that I’m travelling soon and I won’t be able to receive the parcel if they send it in the next few days. The seller has also been ignoring my messages, and before my last message they were offline on the platform for 2 days. They also have zero reviews. I’m considering cancelling the order, but I’m worried I might receive an automatic negative review because of the cancellation.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? Would cancelling the order result in a negative automatic review?

The sender accidentally missed one letter in my postcode. The parcel was sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on 20/06. On 23/06, it was forwarded to the NRC so they could try to identify the sender’s address and return it. Since then, there have been no updates on the tracking.

I understand this process can take some time, but is it normal for it to take this long? The sender told me he contacted Royal Mail customer support and provided his details, a description of the contents, and the tracking number. He said they told him that if they found the parcel, they would return it to him; otherwise, it would be destroyed. He also said they would contact him within 30 days.

My question for Royal Mail employees is: is the information he gave me accurate? Does providing those details actually increase the chances of the parcel being identified and returned to him? He also told me he couldn’t issue me a refund because the address was incorrect, so he can’t make a claim. However, the mistake wasn’t mine, it was his.

Should I wait to hear back from Royal Mail through the sender, or should I start a PayPal refund request now?

I bought some items from a seller, but they were sent with an incomplete postcode, as one of the numbers was missing. Because of this, Royal Mail stated that the address was incorrect and that the parcel would be returned to the sender.

As it was sent via Tracked 24, I was expecting some movement by now, especially since there haven’t been any updates since the 23rd. I understand that we’ve been having extremely hot weather recently, which may be causing delays, but I thought there would have been another tracking update by now.

What do you all think? Do you think the parcel is likely to reach the sender this week? Also, if the parcel ends up being lost during the return process, would the buyer be entitled to a refund?

Beauty of Joseon Revive Eye Serum
Medicube PDRN Pink Eye Cream

But I didn’t get the results I was expecting from them.
I’m mainly dealing with persistent under-eye bags and I’m curious what has actually worked for other people in Korean skincare. There are so many eye creams and treatments out there that it gets a bit confusing to know what’s worth trying next.

Has anyone found something that made a noticeable difference for puffiness or under-eye bags? Or is this more something that skincare can only slightly improve?

Would really appreciate hearing your experiences or recommendations.
