Fighter equipment docks on "Attack All" at border with a nice ~400mil hull bait station in the center (+ Salvager) and you will never run out of subsystems. A nice bonus is the equip docks being at [1;1], they have good things for sale.

I only had money (no turrets/systems) solved for now with my 70+ stations sector, still need to build quite a few more, I only make ~500mil credits over night :( but as soon as i have all the production stations set up I can finally begin crafting the highest tier of turrets from scratch!!

Now that this proof of concept works, I might move them all to [0;0] >!to farm the guardian!< too.

It turns out, you can simply attach fake entities to fake paintings and the client will be more than happy with not having forced gravity! (necessary since beta has absolutely no way to disable gravity besides that)

Previous attempts at getting things to float include but are not limited to: sending 30 packets a second per entity per player viewing to cancel client side gravity (not a good time, very wobbly)

"Why does this matter? Could you not just use fake block updates?" Yes I could, for this resolution, each sheep is only one block so far, but I do have a few secret tricks up my sleeve to make this a higher resolution than 1:1, update coming in an hour at latest, mark my words!
