This sounds like a stupid question, but I'm curious if I would count. Do original characters modeled after people you think you were, or siblings of, count as factkin?

I create fictional characters to hold the memories of the people I think I was in my past life, but at the base, I think I'm fact.

Welp, another character who becomes pregnant has been added to the list.

I've had Mavis on my list in the back of my head for a very long time, but I didn't want to officially add her because I have a trend of having characters who are pregnant or become pregnant. I think this is because I have a tendency to want to take care of pregnant people, but I just end up figuring out I am them at some point.

I don't necessarily like having kins who are linked back to pregnancy. It's not the most glorious experience for me, but it is what it is.

I haven't posted here in a long time, but I don't understand age gaps.

What do you mean it is inappropriate for me to be talking to an almost 18-year-old when I'm 22 about Lady and the Tramp, dogs, and other movies? I would understand if we were doing romantic or adult things, but we are not, and I never will

People my age and older are scary, and I never get along with them. Heck,  I get along better with my 6-year-old cousins than people my own biological age.

I understand if younger people don't want to talk to me as I get older, but for right now, my friend does want to talk to me, and he's okay with me being older than him and me calling him my big brother. If he ever got uncomfortable and ended the friendship, it would be hard, but I would understand

Me writing this because I can’t  stop thinking about my mom the day I turned 18; she said, “Keep them legal.”

Meanwhile, I felt like the people she no longer wanted me talking to when I became legal.

Age dysphoria is weird.

The story of Gigi, plus I need help with gear.

Gigi was modeled after my original character's guide dog, and now she is an emotional support stuffed animal for me because I fell in love making her.

G was a guide dog for a singer who traveled all over the world; she retired at the age of 10. She loved her job up until the very end. She is a Labrador-Burmese Mountain Dog mix, but I'm using the Twister Pitbull Lab mix to make her.

I need help with her gear. I got the extra-extra-small VooPet vest, but I'm still not happy with it. I would much prefer a mini guide dog traditional working harness, but I don't know how to make it for her. Do you have any ideas?

I also don't know how to train her. I know it's imagination, but I am a quadriplegic in a power chair with limited hand movement. So, if you have any training advice as well, that would be appreciated

I wanted to apologize for my ignorance; I truly did not understand.

I want to apologize to everyone I hurt yesterday. I did my own research on the name and didn't realize how horrifying it is. A new tag is coming in the mail next week. I am horrified I ever picked that name, and I apologize to everyone I hurt

Hi, I'm new here.

I'm getting my first official disability-support stuffed animal, or emotional-support stuffed animal, soon.  I want to pretend like she has guide tasks. Do you have any suggestions for making guide harnesses? I've seen vests, of course, but never like traditional guide harnesses.

I'm basing her off of the dog in my original story, so here are some details about her.
Name. Gypsy
 Age: 2.
Service. Guide dog and psychiatric
 dog breed. Labrador mix.
Stuffy being used. black lab pit bull mix from Douglas

eta Yes, I saw the SD rule, but I promise you she is 100% an emotional support stuffed animal for me, and this post has nothing to do with real service animals

I don't mean to be like this, but… is there an 18-plus fictionkin sub?

This is kind of going off my last post, and I'm sorry that I didn't see the rules. I love all of you, but at the end of the day, most of my identities are not for children\ people under 18. I try to keep it toned down when I'm shifted into shadow, but trust me, I can say some things as him.

I 100% want to stay here because I've made some great friends, but I also want a safe place for those of us who have more 18+ identities

18+ question. I need help from my fellow adult fictionkin.

If you have them, how do you fulfill the needs of your more raunchy and risque kins? Shadow is my highest kin, and she lives off sex, Playboy,  nudes, and stuff like it.

I have nothing wrong with this, and I treat all my kins like they have full consciousness and bodily autonomy, because I think they do in some way, and yes, I do call myself a system because of that, so I want to give Shadow what he wants

I can get RP sex from my long-distance girlfriend, nudes when she feels comfortable sharing them, but I'm still struggling with the Playboy thing. I, meaning Shadow, had a Playboy bunny on my choker. I had plenty of Playboy things.  I would have no problem buying these things again in this life if I didn't live with my parents because I need 24/7 Medical Care because of my disability. As much as I want it, I don't want to bring Playboy things into this house. I would just get teased.  It's the same way with BDSM stuff. As Shadow, I was very much into that type of thing, and I really want my collar back, but I don't want to risk it with my family.

I guess my question is: how do I get things that I know are linked to Playboy, even though my family doesn't? And the same thing with BDSM stuff

What are some unconventional/weird things you do to make your kin self happy?

I check New York house listings and the weather from where I used to live. I check the weather almost every single day. I don't do house listings every day; I would say once a week

How do I stop my stepdad from trying too hard, even though I appreciate it?

I love this man so much, but he's got to stop trying. He doesn't fully understand fictionkin, but he is trying to learn.

I believe his number-one mission is to reunite Shadow with her sister. He's like I can make calls, we know people, which we do because we have a friend who works in the music industry, but I told him no because I don't want to bug my sister and the boys like that. They don't know me anymore. Hell, I'm happy with just going to see them from the outside of a concert venue, even though I will miss performing, and it will feel strange. I'm just happy to see them again.

He asked me if I was bringing one of my unsigned vinyls for her to sign, and I said, no, she doesn't do meet and greets anymore because of creeps after shows. He insisted that we could figure it out if I wanted it, but I don't want it, I mean, I do, but I'm not that special. I'm just a fan in this world; I'm not anything important to her. If I wanted anything, the only thing I would want is to give her one of my shadow signed guitar picks. People give her gifts all the time; that's normal, and I would be okay to do that. It would not make me feel like I have weird privileges because I know people, or “I'm the girl in the power chair, so let her go talk to her Idol because she's cute.”

I truly appreciate his sentiment, but he's got to stop. It's making me feel awkward and uncomfortable.

I'm just going to say it because it might help people like us…. “cough,” Shadow. This one is for you.

If you feel like you knew someone in another life and that they should be on your social media contact list, message them! I can't tell you how much euphoria it brings us. Of course, don't be pushy about getting a response or anything, and be kind, but it doesn't hurt to shoot a message if it makes you feel better about the body you live in now

I need to do a question post because I'm kind of in a sticky situation, but first and foremost, am I allowed to talk about episode 9 if it has spoiler tags on it, because your girl is struggling with something.

Castle Volkihar kinshift after 2 plus years. Anyone else from there?

Ash is technically a system member, but it's a really gray area for us because kin and member almost behave the same way. I've had Ash for 9 years, and I would not change it for the world. They are technically an OC, but kind of just walked in on my way to school one day, 9 years ago. Someone else I had at the time found them in one of the headspace closets, and they never left.

They are now married and have five children: Riv, Sunny, Remmy, Addison, and Kate. Yes, we still have difficulties, but they are overall happy.

I know where they used to live, and I know how they used to live. I have told them over the years, it's okay to feel those memories, and they do, and they'll never be alone for it. If you know Skyrim vampires, you know how they are made, it's effed up, and Ash did have to go through the entire process, which they are open about.

Yes, they have memories with people in the castle, and they were even in a relationship with one of them for a while. They were also part of the Dark Brotherhood for a really long time and were known as one of the best bow-and-arrow assassins of Skyrim.
