I haven't gone to one yet and am really interested in hearing how normal collectors find them?
All I've seen are youtube videos from big venders, which in a lot of cases just seem like they are either making huge deals or giving stuff away to kids.
Please let me know what it's been like for you. Do you find great deals? Do you sell or trade some of your cards?

Now I just need to figure out which player I have done next.
I took a picture in black and white by accident changing the modes and liked the way it looked. I took it before I switched out the sleeve and the semirigid and and have to say that any imperfection you can see is lighting or dust on the sleeves. This is the cleanest auto card ive ever seen in person. Im so excited.
I put a bid on it (i won't win) just because i think that most people buying cards right now are Griffey fans. I've never met a single person who has said they don't like Griffey. With that said do you as reds fans think its cool to see him in the Cincinnati drip?

I was debating this Bowman 2026 and 2026 chrome. The Bowman lost it for me because of the powerchord inserts, and chrome just had too many random rookies. Chrome platinum was a blast and it was great to trade. Also the inserts are really cool.
As always playful is a great person to trade with. Amazing communication threw in some extra Christmas cards because he knows I don't buy holiday sets. He always provides the tracking as soon as he ships. If you can trade with him don't hesitate, he's probably one of the best you will find.
I really wanted a rookie auto of this monster and it was a great deal in a 9, I know some people dont like simple autos but I do if they have a little style to them.

We'v e had a lot of instances where people didn't completely understand the rules for the Chrome giveaway. I've had to alter the rules a bit because I feel bad for the people who showed great stuff but didn't make their own post. Or didn't say "i'm in" in the original thread.
With the amount of entries we had (a great thing!) it became really hard to keep track. So the next giveaway (at least one that I run) is going to be much more clear and strict about the rules.
You are all amazing and thank you all for being interested and showing us your hits. <3
Just know that in the future I will not be making exceptions.

I have a Chrome platinum auto and just got a Tribute /99. I will make another post when I get the lat card. But im sad/happy to say that my Kurtz PC is complete unless I pull him.
I saw this pulled live at one of the community nights and I absolutely need it. I pulled the Judge one so having both together would be great.

I just made an offer on a card that's an un-numbered insert auto that was only 50 less than they were asking and only 40 less than the /50 parallel that just sold at auction. They just declined the offer without saying anything. I stupidly increased my price on it but I really dont understand what the best thing to do in that situation is.
When they give no feedback it feels so strange because its just a huge red DECLINED. It was a fair offer and my second offer is silly for them not to take. But I feel stupid for offering more when they gave me no feed back on the initial offer.
What would you have done?
