I just have this problem where my mood and passion for a particular topic or title lasts for one to two weeks. I usually watch 2-3 episodes of anime per evening, binge-watching feels like I swallow the series rather than enjoying it. Because of this, I sometimes get bored of a series somewhere in the middle or near the end, simply because my mood for it has faded. I used to just give up, but now I usually make myself watch it to the end(even if I'm not in the mood) or at least to the end of the arc, so I can finish it and move on to the next one. Because of this, I'm not even sure that I'll watch Monster since it's long and has 74 episodes, despite the fact that I like deep and psychological anime.

I just finished watching episodes 33 and 34 and was a little freaked out. Hachi got pregnant by Takumi, who wants to raise her child as his own(and decided this not by wish to be a father, more like wish to own Hachi and revenge to Nobuo), and who in episode 34 thanks to make her to marry him. I already understood after episode 34 that Hachi is guided by emotions more often than logic, but why does she even want to keep the child? She said like "Then I won't be able to be the same if I have an abortion." And is it worth raising child in a relationship with a complete asshole and abuser Takumi (instead of the healthy relationship she had with Nobuo), who even raped her in episode 34, being a completely immature 20-year-old girl (she's not ready for this; it's still very early for people like Hachi to have children)? She can solve a lot of her problems by having an abortion and going back to Nobuo, but I just don't understand why she doesn't decide to.

Now I have five games I switch between which: Final Fantasy 10, Persona 5, Final Fantasy 7, Persona 3, Kingdom Hearts. Cuz idk why, but it's always like this for me: I play one, get bored and want to play another, and then I want to go back to that one again because I'm in the mood. And JRPGs are often so long, but have cool characters and plots, especially Final Fantasy and Persona.
