How do I join rippling?

I’m based in Bangalore, India, and I’m interested in exploring non-IT opportunities at Rippling. I’d love to hear from people who currently work there or have gone through their hiring process. What’s the best way to get noticed by their recruiters? Are there any specific skills, qualifications or experience they look for and would a referral make a significant difference? I’d also be happy to share my resume with anyone who’s willing to take a look and suggest suitable roles or provide guidance.
Any advice, tips or leads would be greatly appreciated!

Career Options After Fraud Recovery at J.P. Morgan

I’m currently working in Fraud Recovery at J.P. Morgan with around 4 years of experience and I have a BBA degree. I’m looking to explore what I can move into next, preferably a non-IT role.
For those with experience in banking or financial services, what career paths would you recommend after fraud recovery?
I’d really appreciate advice on which roles I should target, what skills or certifications would help, and how I can make the transition without starting from scratch.

I’ve been wondering about déjà vu is it just your brain accidentally loading the same save file twice or like a glitch in the matrix type of thing?

That strange feeling of “I’ve been here before” maybe it isn’t a memory at all? Maybe your brain briefly remembers something you haven’t technically experienced yet. A conversation, a place, a tiny moment it feels familiar before it’s even over. Maybe déjà vu is just a little glitch in whatever system is running our lives? And the weirdest part? We might never know what we were supposed to remember.

How does one get their astrological reading or study done without the birth time?

I don’t come from a family where astrology is considered particularly important or significant but lately I’ve found myself getting genuinely interested in it.
I recently wanted to get my birth chart/reading done only to realize that the exact birth time is pretty important. I checked my birth certificate, asked my mother and unfortunately neither has the exact time.
Is there any way to find out your birth time if you don’t know it? Are there records I could check or is there another way astrologers work around this? I’d still really like to have my chart looked at even if the exact time isn’t available.

What’s your personal version of “slow living”?

Not the Pinterest version of slow living with candles and a perfectly made cup of coffee even though that is! I mean the small ordinary things you do that make you feel like you’re actually living instead of constantly rushing to the next thing.

ELI5: Why does the sky have different colors at sunrise and sunset?

I know it has something to do with light and the atmosphere but why does the sky go from blue to those insane orange pink and purple colors? What exactly is happening up there?

What’s one thing you wish people understood about human nature

We’re all constantly trying to understand each other yet we misunderstand each other all the time. Maybe it’s because we assume intent instead of asking questions. Maybe we mistake confidence for competence. Maybe we confuse being different with being wrong.
If you could teach everyone just one thing about human nature, what would it be?

What instantly takes you back to your childhood?

Is it the teacher you still remember years later? The TV show that made you rush home after school? Or the snack that instantly reminds you of being a kid?
Mine has to be ding dong ditch😂 The adrenaline of ringing someone’s doorbell and sprinting away like your life depended on it was unmatched. I also feel like kids don’t really do things like that anymore lol it was such a random, simple kind of fun. What about you?

What’s something that only makes sense once you’ve lived through it?

I have grown up hearing phrases like You’ll understand when you’re older or “You’ll get it when it happens to you” Most of the time they sound vague or even a little annoying. But every now and then life proves them right.
What’s something that never truly made sense to you until you actually lived through it? It could be anything from grief, love, parenthood, burnout, loneliness, healing, success, failure, aging or something completely unexpected.
I’m curious what experience completely changed your understanding of something you thought YOU ALREADY KNEW.

I’m looking for perspective from people who’ve lived a little more life.

I’ve always found it fascinating to hear different perspectives, especially from people who are older than me. Not because younger people don’t have valuable experiences they absolutely do but because age often comes with a wider range of life experiences, mistakes, lessons and reflections that you simply can’t fast-forward through.
I’m 23 and I feel like I’m at a bit of a crossroads. I have a small business that I’m deeply passionate about but lately I feel like I’ve hit a wall and I’m struggling to move it forward. At the same time, I’m starting a new job. The salary is great and honestly that’s the only thing making me feel excited at the moment.
I’m not looking for sympathy! I think I’m just looking for perspective. So I’d love to hear from people who’ve lived a little more life than I have. Please be nice ❤️
Answer one, a few, or all of them.
What’s a truth about life that you only understood after living it?
What decision completely changed the trajectory of your life?
Looking back, what were you overthinking that ended up not mattering at all?
What’s the biggest lie your younger self believed?
What advice did you ignore that turned out to be right?
What was your biggest “I wish I had started sooner” moment?
At what age did you feel like you truly became yourself?
What’s something surprisingly small that made your life significantly better?
What’s one thing you refuse to compromise on now that you’re older?
What’s a hard lesson that you’re secretly grateful you learned?
When did you realize you had finally grown up?
What habit gives you the highest return on investment?
What’s one career lesson you wish every 23-year-old knew?
What personality trait has helped you the most in life?
If success disappeared tomorrow, what would still make your life meaningful?
If you could sit across from your 23-year-old self for five minutes, what would you say first?
Feel free to answer whichever questions resonate with you. I’m just hoping to borrow a little wisdom from people who’ve already walked through this season of life.

What’s something unsettling that’s happened to you that you still can’t explain?

Mine happened a few months ago and I still think about it every now and then.
I had a ridiculously vivid dream where I was talking to a friend. It wasn’t one of those weird random dreams it felt like a normal day. I can still remember where we were standing what they were wearing the weather and even one specific line they said. It was so detailed that when I woke up, I actually thought,That was oddly realistic*.*Then I went on with my day and didn’t think much of it after that.
A few days later, I met up with that same friend. Everything was completely normal until I realized we were standing in the exact same spot from my dream. I brushed it off at first, figuring it was probably just a coincidence but then the conversation started unfolding almost exactly the way I remembered it.That’s when it hit me and the strangest part wasn’t that it felt familiar it was that I knew what they were about to say before they said it. I didn’t say anything. I just stood there quietly trying to process why every second felt like I’d already lived it. The more the conversation continued, the more I realized it was matching my dream almost perfectly and I got this overwhelming feeling that something wasn’t right.
The whole thing probably lasted less than two minutes, but it genuinely unsettled me. I’ve had deja vu before, but this felt different. It wasn’t just a feeling of familiarity it felt like I was remembering something that had already happened.
I’m sure there’s a perfectly logical explanation for it but it’s one of the few experiences I’ve never really been able to shake. Even now thinking about it feels weird.
