renting a house, can't add anything to plumbing like a new spout with a diverter. some genius made the smallest shower Ever.

is there such a thing that attaches to the end of a tub spout and would go up to a shower head? massive jacuzzi tub next to a literal 2.5x2.5 ft glass enclosed shower. it's claustrophobic, half the time the shower head doesn't stay up and if it does it's hitting the corner of the shower , i'm five foot four, and love a shower chair. it makes it feel warmer than it is, and i can't even put my hands on my hips without hitting two walls or accidentally opening the door. sorry, i'm just so annoyed at this shower for ants. since i'm renting, i'm unsure about the jacuzzi tub. i've tried cleaning it, but everytime there's just something unsettling about the jets and the filter. it's the perfect sized bathtub though but i've never been one to take baths. i would just like a shower head in my bath. i could literally use a bedsheet and thumbtacks as a curtain. it's a huge bathroom so i do not see why so much space is wasted and so little is utilized for a shower. i've tried googling and all i can find is the opposite, putting a tub in a shower.

I walked into my pf around 6, a normal time for me, it's packed. and the lights are off. computers are up, tvs on, music on, but all the lights are just off. maybe 10 minutes ago they came back on for 5 minutes and then went half off, and then a few minutes later went all the way dark. not dark enough to bump into things, unless you had limited visibility. treadmills working, there's enough light from a few windows to keep the majority lit enough but i just wonder if they're dealing with power issues. i know a majority of the machines work based on the work people put in, so i don't see how an influx of people would do this.

tldr; all the lights are off in my pf, every 10 minutes they change, im just confused

Does anyone have book recommendations for working through a disregulated nervous system,people pleasing, moving on from things, letting things go?

Accidentally drove down Trail Dr not knowing there was a concert tonight, surprisingly wasn't backed up but two of the lots were like 1/2 full of like livestock/horse trailers (both sides of trail), I thought Dickies had the rodeo like Jan-Mar, so I'm just confused as to: where are the horses/animals, what are they doing, and what are they doing here in these lots. I know they're not here for Louis Tomlinson LOL.

Tell me why i've had my goal set to lose 2 pounds per week and it's saying my calorie goal is 2,400~ looking at another site that tells you different calories to eat and when you'll hit the goal (fatcalc) is showing me that 1700 calories a day will take me a little over a year to get to my goal weight. WHY IS MYFITNESSPAL GIVING ME A 700 CALORIE INCREASE? based on my goal (2lb a week, doing the math should give me 40 weeks, 9 months) so my real goal according to "lose 2 pounds a week" for 9 months is 1300. why is myfitnesspal telling me a solid 1000 calories above what i should be eating for my daily goal.

i can not believe i blindly trusted an app and chalked it up to me forgetting to log stuff. no. the reason i haven't been losing weight for MONTHS is because the app is garbage. workout harder? increase your goal calories! feel like i deserve a little treat! it's just adding calories i THOUGHT i could eat. i even stopped believing a second calorie counting app because i trusted MFP. i can not believe this app has been sabotaging me. yes i know im overreacting, but for an app where the average user is going to go "oh yes i want to lose weight at this rate how much should i eat calorie wise" this is NOT how the app should behave. i'm beyond mad.

I find it hard to shower, because it takes too much time. i'll admit i should shower more often, but im taking like an hour and a half from shower start to clothed. i'm baked by people who can be in and out in 30. i just feel like im just losing so much time. i have long thick hair and if im in the shower i want to make sure im clean so i probably scrub longer than normal, so it leads me to start overheating and sweating in the shower sucks. so much so that i got a shower stool and started taking showers where the hottest i get it is half the hottest temp, so a half turn, and decrease it as i feel im getting warmer. and then while drying off of course i want to be dry, but i think im trying too hard. its hot in the bathroom, so i start to dry off and then start to sweat again! I've ended up just doing a basic dry off and then sit in my towel for 20 minutes air drying. i'm not struggling but id love to able to cut this to at least 30-45 minutes. any tips appreciated

I'm so sorry if it's against the rules but I really need advice before pulling the trigger. I'm going to buy my first 3D printer very soon, but I can not choose a model. Despite it being my first, I've ruled out an A1 or A1 mini because i'm in Texas. I know the things I print for around my house will end up in a car or I'll have family request something for the car, even a little car trash bin would be toast. So I either want the P1S, $549 for the AMS combo, or the P2S, $799 for the AMS combo, however it's the ams 2 pro. I can afford the P1S combo comfortably, but the P2S I'd reach out to family and either pay them back or print them whatever they want for a while. I made a mock cart for the P2S (.2mm nozzle, 1 roll of filament) and got to $907. Is that an absurd amount of money for someone just starting the hobby? I think i've been trying to talk myself out of the P2S.
