Creating Links In Things3 To Link Apple Notes on iPad or iPhone

I use an iPad and my iPhone often and need to create a link in Things3 that opens an Apple Note. I can easily do this on a Mac, but not on my iPad or iPhone.

On my Mac, I go to the note, click the share icon (the Box with the up arrow), and select copy link. Very simple. I just paste the link in Things3.

Using my iPad, I can't figure out what steps I need to take to do the same thing.

I open the note, tap the same share icon (the box with an up arrow), and at that point I can either copy all the text from the note and paste it into Things3, or send the note to a todo in Things3. I don't want any of that. I want a link in things3 so I can select and work from the notes file.

Do any of you have an idea how to create the link from an iPad or iPhone?

2026 4Runner Limited Hitch Pin

What size hitch pin do some of you guys have for this vehicle? My 3-inch or 3 1/2 inch is not long enough; it looks like I may have to go to a 4-inch or 4 1/2 or maybe even a 5-inch.

Thanks

4Runner Gen6 Phone Charger Update

I purchased the K2 Industries 25W MagSafe Wireless Charger Pad for the Factory Cubby because the stock charger doesn’t really charge the phone. So I mounted the K2 charger, and since I knew I would only get 15W from it, I was surprised that it worked about the same as the factory charger. There are times it works better than others, but it’s not consistent. I was wondering if CarPlay affects charging speed. Does anyone have any information on this? There are times when I put my phone on the charger at 80% and 2 hours later it’s at 79%, but the battery shows green, like it’s charging. My phone connects to CarPlay as soon as I get in the car. Does anyone know why my phone won’t charge? I did verify the charger works by plugging it into a power brick in the house, and it charged the phone pretty fast. I also verified that the phone is stuck to the MagSafe charger worh a strong magnetic connection. I have it plugged into one of the c 15W USB-C ports in the 4Runner.
I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Sorting Tags

I use many tags and would like to consolidate them into one list so they're easy to see all at once. For example, I would like to see everything with the waiting tag, including upcoming, anytime, and Someday, all in one list. Is this possible?

Currently, I can only see those tags within each category, not all together.

I am thinking this could be done in Shortcuts, but I'm not sure how to do that. Does anyone have a shortcut that would do that?

Thanks

Creative Ways To Make Things 3 Work For You

I have been using Things 3 for years and love its look and how well it works, but I always need it to do more. Right now, I am using Projects to group things like Deliveries (items on the way to me), Waiting (items I am waiting on others for), and Appointments (all my appointments). I can select them and see everything in that category in one place, instead of tags, where you have to scroll through them. What are others doing to help you see things better?

Help needed air bubbles

When I fill my injection, I sometimes notice an air bubble near the top by the needle. I flick the needle and push gently on the plunger, but the bubble won't disappear. Today, I actually took a slightly lower dose than intended because I was trying to remove the bubble. I know I am not injecting into a vein and wonder if the bubble truly matters or if I am wasting time and Zepbound trying to get rid of it. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

2026 4Runner Limited Heat/Cooling Dual Mode

I'm relatively new to the Gen6 4Runner and have a question about the climate controls. I've owned Toyotas for years, but this 4Runner is only 2 months old. It has the Dual Mode system. It seems I need to keep adjusting it because the heater's screen doesn't show what's happening. I like the design, but in my Highlander, I could start it and immediately see the settings. With the 4Runner, it feels like a mystery; nothing shows up on the display. To see the fan setting, I have to press the fan button. The same goes for A/C and other controls. Is there a way to make the controls appear on the screen? Do others experience this, or is my system defective? The system regressed and no longer shows the current settings.

Logging into account With old Email Address

I have over 30 devices through the years, maybe more. I have since changed my email address because I dropped Comcast. My email is my user name and tried to change my user name and was told I couldn’t change it and I can’t add a new email to the account, I would have to open up a new account and set up all my devices over again. Does anyone know if there is an easier way to change my account or maybe the policy changed? I also have google home and Alexa so this process will take me forever. I am looking for some kind of a solution.

Thanks

Spider scratches in a John Deere Plastic Hood

I have a John Deere lawn tractor that has a plastic hood. The hood polishes up really nicely, but it has these tiny spiderweb scratches in areas. I was thinking: would a clay bar or a clay pad help me if I was careful, or would I just damage the hood? Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get the scratches out?
Thanks

A question on my new gates

A company came to my house and installed a 6-foot cedar stockade fence. I think they did a great job; they worked very hard and finished everything in one day. However, when I looked at the gates they built in my backyard, I question their construction and wonder how long they will last. Notice that the vertical boards do not go all the way from the top to the bottom; they are cut in such a way that the horizontal boards go across. When I asked the owner of the company about this, he told me that the horizontal boards hold all the weight and that the gates were built properly. I’ve never seen gates built like this before, so I want to ask you guys: what do you think?
I also added the hardware that they used. He calls them, butterfly hinges, and they don’t sit flat on the round wooden post, and I also questioned whether they were going to last a while.

Thanks for your help in advance

1.5 years Post Op Question

I had a spinal fusion 1.5 years ago, involving four levels: L2, L3, L4, L5, and S1. Overall, it was worth it; my shooting pains have disappeared, but now I experience stiffness and slower walking, especially when I wake up or do yard work. When I walk, I tend to lean forward or hunch down, which feels more comfortable. However, I try to walk upright, but the faster I go, the more I find myself leaning forward. Has anyone else noticed this more than a year after their surgery?

Is it true that if I set my 4Runner's front windshield defroster to high and start the SUV using the Toyota app, the defroster won't turn on to blow heat on the windshield?

I have a question on rag sizes and plushness.

I purchased a 24" x 30" microfiber towel that is thicker than typical microfiber cloths. I've used microfiber cloths for years and really like them, but I often have to wring them out to dry my SUV. I chose a soft, thick plush towel, and it works well on half of my SUV. However, when I try to wring it out, I can't remove all the moisture, and if I proceed to the other half, it leaves streaks because it's still wet. Thinner microfiber cloths are easier to wring out, allowing me to use 2 or 3 per SUV. Does anyone else experience this? Why do many people value these thick plush microfiber towels so highly? I wonder if I’m using it incorrectly or approaching it the wrong way.
