When I eat less, the fat on my face, wrists and ankles reduces but not the fat on my belly, chest and thighs. Why?
I’m a 24 year old woman. My body fat is uneven. my belly, thighs and chest are fatty while my face, wrists, and ankles are comparatively less fatty. My height is 5'3" and my weight is 47 kg. What routine should I follow?
