Basic Description

To identify an Anthropogenic Americana "Albino", they have milk white fur with orange eyes and a stature shorter than a normal Anthropogenic Rattus vulpes "Experiment." This inquiry has been done by Investigators Yegorovich Sidorov and Ivanovna Zaytseva, and Dr. Evgenyevich Sokolov.

I, Doctor Evgenyevich Sokolov, report this inquiry in aid of the ongoing class action lawsuit of The Russian Federation v. ##### Company for alleged abuse of their Anthroprogenic rattus vulpes "Experiments". And in my authorized investigation in their laboratory. I have discovered concerning signs of dominance hierarchy that can be found in prison gangs and animals in captivity with lacking space or resources. Which tells me that the mistreatment of the Experiments go beyond physical abuse. We may be seeing an entire crisis of Mental and Emotional Abuses that has created an environment of unnatural dominance hierarchies seen in captive animals. The Company is clearly not giving them enough space and recreational time outside the building and are not giving them what they need regularly.

The Experiments in my studies are observed to be in groups of varying numbers and follow a hierarchy often associated within prison gangs as i have said. It is often the stronger, more aggressive of the Experiments that can be deduced to be the leader of the said groups. They often clash each other what resources is given by the staff, for example: 6 Experiments had to be tased and sent to the Infirmary Wing in the laboratory after they started violently clawing and biting each other over plastic sleeping bags since the Company was not able to give enough. One was severely injured and had to be put in a saline IV for 4 days, while the others were in the Infirmary for hours due to severe lacerations and hairline fractures. Another instance was an Experiment with a surrogation-related complication that had to be moved offsite due to severe, repeated bullying incidents where it had his food stolen multiple times to the point where it was thin.

My colleagues have also identified the statistics within the Experiments of the lab in question. A lot of them are at risk or have generalized anxiety disorder, severe resource guarding instincts, often have hyperventilation issues, and have underdeveloped conflict resolution skills. There are even stories from anonymous whistleblowers that say at least 4 Experiments in the Containment Wing were murdered approximately every month. The total death count is still being counted.

I have reported my findings to the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation (FSB) and they have arrested one of the researchers tied to the mistreatment of the Experiments within the lab. The FSB has also added in the inquiry that the Researcher in question has named more people behind the violations. Chapter One: Basic Summery

The Velvet (Anthroprogenic Arachnae holoserica) is a strand of the Experiment line created by #### Company with strands of the Western Black Widow Spider (Latrodectus hesperus) and a Cat (Felis catus.) They are naturally 6'8 - 8'0 feet tall and the average healthy weight is 300 - 720 pounds with the average being about 600 pounds. They have 8 limbs with a bipedal structure. Having two arms and legs, alongside 4 appendages that act as dexterous limbs for greater ability of movement. They have extremely dense predatory musculature with a strong bias towards fast-twitch muscle fibers and an unusually thick abdominal wall for pouncing, climbing, and various exercises that a Velvet would do. Their entire body is covered with a thick, plus black and red fur with the texture that to Cats or Chinchilla, and also act as a defense mechanism as they can expel hairs onto the victim and cause severe itching and rash. They have an extreme prey drive and poesess full human intelligence and even excelling at reasoning, motor coordination and spatial reasoning. They are very hard to take care of for an average foster.

Chapter Two: Living Situations

One adult Velvet needs a whole room for them and adequate privacy with occasional check ups to see if they are doing average or better. They would require a bed with steel frames to support their weight, and blankets that are not irritants to their fur. The room must have dim lighting and a plush animal if they request one. You may need to let them decorate their room if they request it. You will need to give them an access to the Extrasolar Internetwork for them to be able to participate normal civilianhood, an EDPA, Phone, or OLED Glasses. Further more the Velvet would need to be given paperwork regarding their mental state weekly, you should be mailed by it at around every Monday, and have them do it on Friday. Do not leave them alone with small animals.

Chapter Three: Enrichment, Playtime, and Tender Loving Care

This chapter is going to be more complex and will require you as the Foster to be able to read it's emotions and body language. You will need to make sure the Velvet is active and mentally enriched with either Games, Exercise, Puzzles, and squeaking plush toys to stimulate their predatory senses, and reduce any chances of bedrotting and mental degradation. You can achieve this by playing videogames, board games, sportsball games, and generally have fun within the law. You can help them develop a hobby by giving them painting supplies or instruments. Should any mental conditions worsen despite these measures, have them be checked up by a Therapist. The velvet would probably respond well to hugs, forehead kisses, and cuddles if they ask for it, though exercise precaution as to not cause injury to you, since they are deceptively strong. Make sure they are taking any perscribed medications and give them vocal praises for enduring a week. Give them a day of the week where you two would go out and enjoy fast food if they are doing exceptionally well mentally, you can decide either day.

Chapter Four: Mental Catastrophe

Since a lot of Velvets have been clinically diagnosed with mental issues that are either genetic or through circumstances. It is critically important for the Foster to find any symptoms before the Velvet decides to do something irreversible. The signs are, from least to most alarming: abnormal withdrawl from usual activity, increased irritability, avoidance of food of any kind, feeling like they are a burden, and fascination of death. Should there be a catastrophic incident such as self harm or worse, immediately call for authorities and try to administer first aid. Do remember, the tourniquet goes above the laceration, a plastic bandage wrap is best for preventing infection, and a bruise kit might be needed. To make precautions if you want to prevent said catastrophe from happening, you must follow the guide and always make sure to not make the Velvet feel as though they are useless. And if you want to be more secure, make sure your cabinets that hold sharp blades have a biometric lock, and keep an eye out to see if they are a victim to bullying of any form.
