Elder daughter in need of advice for her brother who has an immense obsession with a football club

My brother who is 27 has tied his entire existence and meaning of life to a football club. He acts and says that it’s his soul his life and his mother. He is currently unemployed preparing for competitive job exams so I am wondering if this growing obsession because of this. He is a sweet kid but I am worried that this is not healthy.

The Night Manager and Anil Kapoor’s bad acting

I finished watching the second season of the night manager (the English version) which made me want to watch the first season of the Hindi version not sure if there’s a second season coming out.

Anil Kapoor was constantly referred to as ‘the merchant of death’ but nothing about him was scary. It was so weird. I haven’t seen much of his acting anywhere else. Is he usually this bad??

Years of saving and dreaming before I have finally realised I will not be able to buy myself a luxury bag

Since my early twenties I dreamt of buying myself a Chanel bag. My first big girl job I started saving. But there’s always something or the other and on top of that my priority is clearing off the student debt that actually enabled me to get the job. Anyway with all the responsibilities and the ones I didn’t ask for I have I have come to the painful realisation that this will never happen for me. Yeah not the worst thing to happen to a person I know but just thought this might be the subreddit for it… just feels sad to let go of a (very materialistic) dream. Also the way these bags are priced now have really thrown me. Like five years ago it was a maybe if I save but now it’s literally an impossible.

The Farhan Vidya episode from KWK was one of the cringiest because of Vidya’s stupid jokes and reactions

So many kwk episodes receive criticism for multiple reasons but this episode was just difficult to sit through because Vidya constantly made jokes with sexual innuendos and just acted weird with her constant unprovoked giggling and overreactions

I (32F) have been ill on and off over the last one year and can’t stop dreaming about my ex from college who is now happily married, it’s becoming unbearable

I am unmarried and was in a relationship after the one mentioned above. I have been sick on and off for a while this past year now and everytime I fall ill I will eventually dream about my school and college days and about him. It was a painful breakup and leaves me distraught for hours everytime I wake up.

I don’t follow him on social media we haven’t been in touch for 7/8 years now so don’t know what might be the obvious triggers . My present life situation starts to seem so grey everytime this happens. Because there’s a pattern here where it happens when I am sick it makes me really worried…. That I am carrying this pain for so long.

I am in a job I love in a city I adore . Yet the dreams are so vivid I feel so so distraught for days after that

I would like to create facilities for women in rural India after my studio has been set up. SRK in Koffee with Karan (2007)

SRK’s response in 2007 when he was asked what would he do if he was made the President of India. He said he has always said this and would like to set up facilities for women in rural India after he has made his studio.

This is the picture that Farhan had said it ticks people the wrong way when they see these pictures saying ‘nepo and what nota’

I remember in season 3 of koffee with Karan Farhan said something along those lines and Karan said nobody in the picture looked like they had anything to do with the show business in the future

By that logic Farah even Alia can’t be compared with the screen presence of Deepika and Katrina.

In this interview with Mukesh Chhabra she talks about self awareness. While I partially agree but a certain Anushka Sharma who was self aware that she has star qualities was told by industry people that she was not very beautiful.

How do I save a copy of all emails that I received over the years apart from doing it individually? If you have any smart ideas please let me know!! Thank you.
