My brother is deaf so iMessage or texting is very important to him. Sometimes I send messages and it goes nowhere meaning it’s never delivered. This is not the first time that this has happened with Verizon or iPhone. Oddly the Spectrum Motorola G cell phone doesn’t have this problem. I thought messages would default from iMessage to text but that’s not happening & never delivered. Any thoughts? Thanks

My brother who is deaf & on my account sometimes his texts don’t come through. I text him the most obviously since he can’t hear on the iPhone. We both have the same model & he is on my account. I went through several steps…& this screen shows alerts off. I change it & it defaults off again. Is there anything else I can do. I live in rural area & sometimes texts are green & sometimes they are blue. I had Spectrum Motorola cell phone & always got his texts but not always with my iPhone. I have Verizon for cell service. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
I was vacuuming underneath my car & noticed this….did Mazda forget about covering underneath the steering wheel area or is it left open for wiring? 2025 CX5 carbon has 350 miles on it & today was first day I got underneath steering column. I looked on passenger side & it doesn’t look like this. Just curious
Yesterday a car dealership tried to call my cell phone and busy signal was all they heard. This morning text messages aren’t going thru to my brother….he’s on my account. There’s nothing online about outages in my area but something is going on. My Spectrum mobile service is working. My Verizon bill is paid automatically so…..
How long do you wait for dealer to call?….. I could go to auto parts store to read but as new vehicle I think dealership should take care of it. I tried to book service appointment but first appointment is May 4……?
