Suppose I get good marks in KUCAT or ioe then what?do I get to choose the collage I want to study like any affiliated collage or main collage and I also want you guys to tell me what is this thing about priority list do we have to fill it or something

I dated this girl she was my first love we broke up several and finally got apart and I was the wrong and broke her trust it's been a year since we talked and in between I got together with another girl for some time but thinks didn't work out and I guess I wasn't over my first love
After some time I am again talking to my first love and we are quite good its just getting started normally pretty conversations but I am really worried that things will mess up since her friend has seen me walking with my ex I talked about before and I feel wrong about that it's also because my first love let the name be (Julia) wasn't in a relationship all this time after we broke up and she still loves me all this time I feel I betrayed her and feel anxious about how should I deal with it it might ruin everything i still really love Julia .
I have once already lost her trust I don't want it to happen again but I can't do anything if she find out about that she might feel betrayed again and I don't want her to feel that way I love her and this thought is all over my head I cant think of anything else

I have been thinking about this for a while and tbh I want to give exam for both engineering and csit but since this is my first time lol I don't know suppose I got my name in engineering then can I also wait and give csit exam or should I have to just do adminission immediately?

I also want to give exam on both Pulchowk and KU which one is better and is it managable or the admission issue will occur since I think KU take exam after the ioe this time so the same question as before do I have to do immediate admissions if I pass ioe ?
