I never get approved, why

I don’t apply to any cards, but I have checked “pre approval“ for discover , and to raise my credit limit on capital one. My spending is “high” but my card limit is only $300. Its been maybe 3 years since I opened the account and they have not raised it. I had another card at a bank that I closed a few years ago after paying it off because I did not like the bank ( I know now I could have just kept it open) that was $500 limit. My credit score is around 650 I think , I make 110k yearly, I don’t have missed payments or anything negative just a “high” balance on the one card and one closed card. I know they don’t like these things but the amount I make has increased doubly since I got a new job and I just feel like I could have a higher limit than $300 ..?

Longer Panty liner suggestions

I already use Always extra long , but it is not long enough. I am using it for small leaks due to pregnancy, so the thicker pads are just too thick/not discreet. I do like the infinity pads as they are pretty thin but even then it seems excessively thick for the amount that is leaking. Its enough to definitely need a barrier but not enough to fill a small panty liner. Is there any longer ones or any other options ?

How do I get past this bug fear

Had bedbugs maybe 6 years ago , picked up at my cleaning job. Now I am always thinking “bugs are in this” everywhere I go. Anything fabric that comes in my house must be washed or heated with high heat. When I come in, I’m immediately wanting to wash my clothes. I think about them being in the car, I think about it sitting in any public chair even restaurant booths. I know they are probably not really everywhere but I really can’t get past this issue. I want to be able to go to a hotel so I can go on a vacation lol

Baby brand sent me a gift , do I respond?

I sent an email to a popular baby brand, who responded by sending me a package with a handwritten letter and a lot of items. It was very unexpected and nice, should I send a letter back in the mail? Should I send it after the baby is born? I was just asking about a product they used to offer for free and really was not expecting all that.

Purchasing power goes down when I pay

When I pay on time or early, the purchase power goes down. I just paid off a few purchases and it went down by $200. It will go up If I make more purchases even though this just makes it seem like Klarna wants you to spend a lot and get way over your budget with it. I know they make money off fees, but they say your limit will go up with responsible payments.

Terro ant bait working but not killing the nest

The ants are having a snack inside / near all the bait I put and dying there. I still find ants roaming around looking for food all over . How do I make them bring it back home to kill their family instead of being greedy and eating it right away

There is a woman I follow who is constantly posting influenster items. Her Instagram posts get maybe 1 like at most, I scrolled through and many are unliked. This has me thinking, can anyone just get items ? Whats the point of shipping something for free if they have no social media reach? Or did she lie about it somehow? I am confused

I moved in next to a fire station that blares alarms all day, and a train which honks all day, I can even hear the train announcer speaking over the intercom. The fire station is 500 feet away. The train track is between the fire station and my house. They don‘t make as much noise at night but they start as early as 4 am and I am not a morning person. I am renting and did not hear a peep of noise when checking the place out, and now I am stuck here for my lease time.

The largest bedroom is closest to the noise. If you leave the room the noise is reduced by at least half. That bedroom has a window ac, which is already an issue since it’s letting in more noise. I bought a U shaped AC to reduce the amount of ”open” window space. It helped a little but the room is still really noisy. What else can I do ? I have bought earplugs and Soundproofing headphones. You can still hear the honking and the alarms. Foam acoustic inserts on the window? At this point I am spending more money trying to fix this issue and I should have just moved somewhere else, but oh well.
