Hi guys, I'm probably gonna get a bit of fire for this, but I'm considering switching my rx 7800xt into a 5060 ti 16 gb. Now I know that there is a little 10-15% performance drop but I don't think I'd mind since I'm not a fps monster anyway, and I love the 7800xt with alll my heart but the Nvidia dlss features are tempting, esp with the mfg stuff.. I don't rlly mind latency since I mostly play sp games anyway.. And another thing to note is that my 7800xt is refurbished, I actually had two but the first one grey screened on me.. And so I'm honestly scared of that happening since the 5 month period is also about to end and yeah I forgot but I'm also using my pc with 16gb of ddr5 and a 7500f.. Plz don't just hate, I'd appreciate some advice tysmm yall

Hi chat, so I'm building my first gaming pc and I was wondering, is it possible to use the ssd from my laptop and put it into my pc? It's not that I have files I don't wanna lose but rather that it's kinda out of the budget to even get a 512gb one.. My laptop does have nvme and 512gb, if it was possible what kind of procedures do I need to do to make sure it works flawlessly? I've heard mixed replies when I search this topic up so.. I lowkey need some help tysm, from uae btw.

Hi chat so I'm in the middle of buying parts for my pc and I'm at the ram dilemma, Im gonna run a 7500f and 5060 as that's the max my budget can take here in the Uae. And my ram options are scarce.. Either I take a gamble with 5600mhz cl46 or 6000mhz cl46 aliexpress ram or buy a local hiksemi ram which is 4800mhz cl40.. So my question is.. Do I buy ram that's a lower speed and upgr later instead? I'm coming from a laptop that had ddr4 and an i5 11th Gen so it's an upgrade either way.

Hi so I'm in the process of building my first pc and ik it's a horrible time to do so rn but I'm scared that if I delay it any longer prices will just keep going up, anyways for my main components I'm thinking of a i5 12400f and a 5060 ddr4 build, I will upgrade the cpu later on but that depends on my second question.. So my second question is that some prebuilts have a 7500f and a crappier gpu like a 5050 and below.. And I'm not really sure if it's worth downgrading the gpu just to get am5 and seeing as the prebuilt comes with just a 2 ram slot mobo, so I need your guys advice.. I DO plan on upgrading to am5 as well when prices definitely get cheaper.. So basically a 32gb ddr4 build would cost me around 1k usd when converted from aed or dirhams, but if I build a ddr5 build from scratch.. It would cost me like 1.2k which I can't afford so 1k is my max.. Do you guys suggest using the Intel build for a few years? And then upgrade the cpu to an i7 or something when I need it? Or just get the am5 one rn? I will wait for sure because I'm coming from an old laptop with a mx350 😭 anyways I just need some help guys tysmm

I plan to use this for senior hs and am coming from a crappy i5 1135g7 mx350 laptop, so it's quite a big upgr either way.. Aside from the psu which I plan on upgrading, do you guys have any other suggestion of things for me to change/upgrade? It can't go above like 3.8k aed (1k usd) and I plan on switching to a better ddr5 mobo eventually its also my first gaming pc and the prices are much more expensive to build it myself, around 100 usd more

Can anybody who has the i5 13450hx rtx 5050 give me a feedback on how the experience has been so far? I can't find a ryzen 7 version in my Country and my only concern with the i5 is the temperatures. If I get atleast 4 hrs of battery I'm satisfied, please and thank you!

Hi everybody! As the title says I'm looking at a lenovo loq with an i7 13650hx rtx 5060 for roughly about 1000usd when converted from Aed, I also have another option for a ryzen 7 250 rtx 5050 for around 30 usd cheaper which is why Im conflicted. I haven't seen much reviews of the i7 13650hx and I'm quite concerned as to how well it fares thermal wise.. I know that the 250 and 5050 is a good combo, but the 5060 is very tempting.. In short I am curious as to how the i7 performs compared to its ryzen counterpart, THANKS!!

Does anyone know where to buy a Lenovo loq preferably with either an i5 or ryzen 7 5050 variant.. For around 3.7k max? Maybe I could extend to 3.8 but I can't do more than that, I've looked Amazon and microless but am considering third party stores, I've heard of computer plaza but can't go there yet as I don't have a car.. So if anyone knows please and thank you!
