I hope this is the right place to ask lol. I was wondering what those of you who make your own nasal saline put in it. I had to experiment a bit after finding a recipe that was too concentrated (1 cup water, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp baking soda). Now I’m doing 1 cup water, 1/4 tsp salt and less than 1/16 tsp baking soda (just a tiny sprinkle, but I still feel it’s too much. It dries out my nose and throat).

I did google it but couldn’t find anything that sounded reasonable, so I want to hear how people actually make theirs. Also, were you able to find a nose saline spray bottle like the ones you buy, but reusable? I was able to find a crappy one on aliexpress and Amazon but the quality is bad and I suspect they’re unsanitary, Any help is appreciated. 🫶

Did anyone else get a reverse landing strip? Like it’s bare in the middle and still hairy on the sides, looking like it has male pattern baldness? I had 24 full-body treatments and my coochie ended up looking like Benjamin Franklin.

So I have a lot of mods lol, and a while ago I started experiencing the issue of bartenders not being at bars placed on community lots. I’ve tried resetting them, assigning a sim to them, deleting and replacing, etc… pretty much everything I could think of. I was wondering if anyone else ever had this issue and if you did, what you did to solve it (if at all). I’m not trying to delete all my mods one by one to see what this issue is so I’m welcome to any solutions/suggestions if anyone is familiar with this issue lol.

Another smaller problem, on some community lots (like the beauty salon) lights don’t auto-turn on. Manually adjusting them doesn’t seem to help since they always revert back to being off all the time. Anyone familiar with what I’m talking about?

I started shots about 5-6 weeks ago and after my sessions, I get nauseated and have a headache, with pressure, then feel just generally unwell for a couple days. It’s been two days since my last shot and I’m still feeling like this. Just unwell, weak and fatigued. They told me to let them know if I had any significant swelling at the injection site (I had some on the left side this time, a bit more than usual. There’s a red bump that’s still hot and a bit swollen, but the itchiness has gone down).

Is it normal for shots to make you feel this unwell? I told them about the symptoms I was having (perhaps not the duration because some weeks it wasn’t bad) but they just advised me to take allergy meds. I feel like I would do better with a lower dose.

I know this gets asked all the time but I’d like to know specifically for my situation. I’ve just finished prerequisite classes in college for the program I want to apply for, which doesn’t start until May 2027 (I missed the application period this year because my prerequisites weren’t done in time and they only admit once a year. It’s a 16-month medical imaging program).

I’ve already started searching for scholarships on fastweb and Scholarships360. Should I wait before applying or can I start doing it now? The program I’m going to apply for will require me to travel around the state (and possibly out of state) for clinicals, which will require me to find lodging for 12 out of the 16 months since the first semester is clinical-free. I’m mentioning this because I’m hoping that scholarships could help cover this kind of expense, which will be a lot. I won’t be able to work at all during the program due to the course load, clinicals and traveling.

I also wonder if there are other good, reliable resources for finding scholarships and how it works with a Pell grant, which I do receive but will likely not be enough to cover lodging as well as tuition and other living expenses. Do scholarships stack and can they be used with a Pell grant? Any help or advice is appreciated since I’m somewhat new to applying for scholarships.

So I’m having an issue in my family. My grandfather died a year ago and bequeathed 75% of an inheritance to my mother, and the last quarter to her brother. Her brother (my uncle) is a gigantic asshole, childish, alcoholic, etc. and he is not doing his part so they can both receive their portion… these are the reasons why he isn’t entitled to a larger percentage. This is happening overseas and my mom had to spend a lot of money she doesn’t have to go over there and get the legal process started, but his participation is required (it’s a bit complicated to explain). It’s already been delayed a very long time because of his inaction and petulance. He thinks he’s entitled to all of it, even though he legally isn’t because even my grandfather thought he was a dick.

We talked about it and it seems like he’s trying to swindle the inheritance from my mother. He doesn’t call her to talk about things and keep the process moving; we think he will try to take it all and claim she’s not interested because they don’t speak (because of him). She’ll have to hire a lawyer and jump through a bunch of hoops to get it, and it will probably take a very long time and be expensive. Someone from her home country told her that he’s probably making “moves” against her, and I have a feeling they’re right. He wants it all and that’s why he isn’t being communicative. Just a petty little POS.

So, because I can’t personally do anything about the situation (in an earthly manner, since it’s not my place and I’m not a citizen of the country where this is happening), I’m wanting to get back into witchcraft to help the situation along, and stop him from doing anything scummy. We need that money for major house repairs, my education, and a surgery. And I know this dipshit; if he got the money, he’d blow it all on Jordans and alcohol because he’s a 50-year-old manchild drunk. It would be a travesty.

I know this has been long, sorry. It’s partially a vent; this situation has caused a lot of stress to both me and my mother and it has gone on too long. I want to know what kind of work would be appropriate to do on this piece of scum so he stops this nonsense once and for all. I have no affection for him and just want my mom to get what’s rightfully hers. I’d also like some tips on casting protection over us before I do whatever needs to be done. Any (spellwork) advice is much appreciated. 🫶
