Water Damage in Bathroom Baseboards

This bathroom has been hell to deal with. It's an addition, we recently had a major renovation to it because the floor was rotted (our home inspector missed it before moving in).

I have checked all the other walls and this is the only area getting water damage, it is near the shower close to where the door swings out. Any tips or help would be appreciated.
