Pathfinder Ultimate Campaign and Hexes
Anyone have any good pointers for running an Ultimate Campaign on a hex map? Do you use two maps (world map, then zoom in for a smaller kingdom map) or some other strategy? Appreciate all suggestions!

For those who have run or played in a game that used the Kingdom Rules from the Ultimate Campaign, does anyone know of a video of either an actual play or a rundown of how it works? I'm reading the rules now, but I feel like seeing it in action would help me with the context quite a bit
I'm a long time 3.5 D&D DM, but am starting a new game with some friends on Sunday. Players are great, so I'm not concerned about them, but I am a bit concerned that I may have missed something. What things would you advice I watch for, that I might have missed about the changes?
Some details: homebrew world and campaign, no modules/APs or setting guides I have to worry about
Only 1 player has PF1e experience, rest are 3.5 or 5e players
The world of my campaign is based on a 900s AD earth, so I have a pretty solid idea of the geography, but was curious if the Hexcrawl play style would work as well with that as with a random generated world.
I got a ton of great suggestions, but I realized it was missing a bit of context.

I already have a homebrew world I'm planning on running the game in, and I primarily homebrew a sandbox, rather than running adventure paths/modules. The specific thing in looking for is a rule set that encourages gritty, realistic play, not high fantasy/fantasy superheroes like you find in 3.5 and on.

In my world of Terra Belli, the gods are not geographically locked. If the players are in Attica, Greece, they are as likely to see temples and clerics of Kiwa, Odin, Xipe Totec, Amaterasu, Huangdi, Anu, Chukwu, or Perun as they are the gods we think of in the traditionally Greek pantheon. Instead of separate, geographical/cultural pantheons, gods are organized in one giant, world-wide pantheon with different Missions, the gods desire for how they want to reshape the earth. There are also Tenants, the religious practices common to worshippers and temples of those gods. Check out this breakdown of the various gods and give me feedback if you're so inclined
**Note- I purposely removed monotheistic gods (Yahweh, Allah, Christ, etc.) as their power level does not mesh with traditional polytheistic concepts**

Hey all, curious if anyone has created pretty lore-faithful(ish) maps of any cities in the Forgotten Realms/Faerun? I recently saw someone post an excellent rendition of Mirabar, and it sparked me to want to do my own. My current campaign is 3.5 and is based around Silver Marches (Silverymoon, Citadel Felbarr, Everlund, etc.) so I might make a couple of those, but wanted to see if someone else had already
