HELP - First Birkenstocks for Husband

HELP - First Birkenstocks for Husband

I finally managed to convince my husband to let me buy him a pair of Birkenstocks. Now I just need to figure out which ones to get.

His biggest concern is sweaty feet.

Maybe: Arizona - Birko-Flor Nubuk??

I said yes - He chose my perfect ring

My husband chose this Niessing tension ring for me because it’s simple, practical and just very “me”. I love that the stone doesn’t stick out, so I don’t catch it on everything.

How comfortable is your wedding ring after wearing it all day?

Did you specifically choose a comfort-fit ring, and does it actually make a difference?

I’m wondering how much comfort matters once you’re wearing it every day.

How long does it usually take to see visible results from strength training?

I know the answer varies from person to person, but I'm curious about other people's experiences.

For someone who is new to strength training and wants to look more toned (rather than focusing on weight loss), how long did it take before you noticed visible changes or felt stronger?

How much did factors like training frequency, nutrition, and body fat percentage influence your progress? If someone trains for about an hour twice a week and also does a couple of cardio sessions (e.g. Zumba), is that generally enough to make noticeable progress over time?

I'd be interested to hear your timelines, what made the biggest difference, and any advice you'd give to beginners trying to stay motivated.

AuPair Experience USA 2017-2019 IOWA

I was an au pair from Germany in the USA. Is anyone else here who was an au pair around the same time and is still in touch with their host family? I'd love to hear your experiences and how you've maintained the relationship over the years.
