I'm a 16 yr old highschooler, and I want an action cam that's low budget (max 150-160€) to film skateboarding, scuba diving and climbing. The quality doesn't need to be professional, but I'd still like some 4k quality because Ill maybe turn the clips into ig posts. Would this camera be good or not?

For context, I started skating again after four years and therefore need a new board and trucks, and was thinking of getting this complete Globe skate. Would I work out for me or do I need something higher quality? This costs 100€, in every skate shop I go to they offer me ≈120€ for the trucks and board (I already have wheels).

For context, I'm a high school student, turned 16 this year, and I think that a laptop would be necessary for finishing my high school and starting/completing college. The absolute maximum amount of money me and my parents will spend for it, given my non-professional situation, is 1100 euros for an Air.
I would mostly use it to watch occasional videos, do schoolwork, poster designing (for school) and other casual activities like e-mails, writing and other stuff.
From what I've seen online, this computer seems like the best bet for someone like me, with my budget. Would people that have had the Neo for a bit please confirm that it'd be good for me?
