idk what is happening but im level 33 and the enemies are 32 and yet i barely can kill them even basic enemies on this game deal 100+ damage with one hit but i have to deal great amount of attacks to kill just one my equipment is helmet lvl 25 , right arm lvl 40 , left arm lvl 26 , torso lvl 34 and boots lvl 25 i searched every shop but i cant find better loot and i cant do quests cuz im under level, if anyone can help im stuck with this

its been 4 days after a minor surgery(pilonidal cyst) i had and i still feel dizzy and fatigue even though i haven't had much of medications on the hospital does anyone know why this is happening?

My week usually is going to work then coming back home to play games or watch a movie or sleep, ironically going to work makes me feel more meaningful but they won't keep me forever and i don't work at weekends which this feeling is stronger.

Idk what to do to stop feeling that way should i get a second job where i work at weekends?

Recently i lost a friend of mine with a very harsh way and this isn't the first time it happens it had happened a few years ago with another friend i don't know if im the problem and my friendships end up badly because of me.

My exfriend decided to end our friendship by blocking me on Instagram all this happened because i told his brother who usually sets up the time and place for our football match to send the msg on our group chat instead of sending to each individual separately(because he forgot to send me a msg about the time of the match).

my friend was pissed and he basically told me that im ungrateful for not respecting his brother for organizing the match each time when he even has university and other stuff to do and that i should send him a msg instead , after all that he stopped talking to me even on the match. idk why people suddenly hate me.

idk why my sleep schedule is so much destroyed , at night i couldn't sleep basically at all and i have a job to go this happens basically every day i get at most 5 to 6 hours of sleep and on my job im like a zombie. I try to sleep early but in the night i have boost of energy and its getting hard for me to fall asleep. How can i sleep early and well for me to have the same energy in the morning?

So my friend (jeff) was saying some bad things about our other friend (john) to me behind his back for a long time and didn't really wanted to hang out with him in public . Fast forward a few months john wanted to join to a group chat that is for our football team where previously he didn't want to , and two weeks back i told jeffs brother who usually schedule the date for a football match to send to the group chat about the date and place instead of sending dms to each one of us and forget someone.

The next day jeff was furious he was convinced that because of what i send to his brother and because John wanted to join the group chat that i told him about all the things jeff was saying about him. The previous week jeff was angry at me and he was telling me off when i was doing something bad at the match and now he doesn't even talk to me

I don't know how to handle this i don't like how he acts like i don't exist but at the same time i like playing football and i like most people there .

if someone has an advise i would appreciate it
