Does anyone in the uk have the yellow bull terrier?? i went to buy one off vinted and the seller blocked me for sending an offer 😭i’ve been looking everywhere but can only find really scuffed ones from france with crazy shipping 💔 my budget is up to £25 as most on ebay are around 15€ but im willing to pay a bit more!

This is just a random thought I had but has anyone else noticed that certain animals go for more just because they are cute and “aesthetic”, i’ve noticed it more with deer and lady birds. I just tried to look for this purple and cream squirrel I used to own and i’m seeing it go for £15-£20.. all because it’s aesthetic 🥴 A brown or black squirrel be like £5 but a pink or purple one will be £15 hmmm

I’ve just called out a seller on ebay for selling a collection of about 50 pets for £250, the pets included are fake, random animals such as birds, bears etc and gen 7. When I was a kid, not a lot of people cared about animals such as the ones she’s selling, even when you could get a pack of 2 lizards for £5 no one really cared - so what makes some sellers think that people will want them now for £15, £20, £250!?! it drives me crazy. Just because the og lps are discontinued, doesn’t mean ALL should be insanely priced. I’d get if the bundle was mostly the main 5 pets but it’s not.

Can i leave a parcel at a drop off point (my local shop) even though i printed the label off myself? I usually get the QR code and they print it off for me but this time there was no option other than for me to print the label myself. Can I still leave it at the drop off point or do I have to go to a post office. It’s a Royal mail shipping label.

hello, i’ve been getting coldsores since i was a baby and so has my mom and dad, recently i’ve been been questioning exactly how contagious they are. For example we are told we need to throw away our tooth brushes, lip products, towels, pillow cases etc due to how contagious they are but then there’s my mom using lipgloss over her coldsore and using it again and again without getting re infected, im just wondering has anyone had the experience of re using products without getting infected? I always throw out my lip glosses during an out break but i won’t throw away my tooth brush and will keep re using it and so far i’ve never been re infected. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

I made a post about this last night but took it down because I’m not comfortable with sharing what uni I go to, I know it doesn’t matter and it’s not like it will get bombed or smth If I do share, I’m just weary about posting about locations online.

I study illustration, i’m almost done my first year and me and 99% of the class can with confidence say that this course is a scam. Our classroom used to be a gym, it has no heating, no storage, has 1 printer and 4 computers to be shared amongst 25-30: first years, second years, third years, and a few graduates (about 5) . This course RELIES on being able to scan work and print it which makes you think we’d have access to a computer room but we don’t, we all just have to fight to use the 4 computers or you have to go really late at night to be able to use them, mind you we have to pay £50 each year to use the printer, a printer that barely works half the time and is almost impossible to access.

Alongside that, the lecturers are so severely overworked that we only get 1 and half days of class each week, classes where the lecturers barely speak to us because they have to tend to the other years or do work on their laptops. We barely get any workshops and are just forced to sit and make ourselves look busy.

My friends study the other art courses (which all cost the same) and they get so much more learning content, computer labs, lecturers who can actually help them and speak to them and classrooms with heating & storage.

These issues are all caused by my uni, we have been told that our course is the least funded out of all the art courses, it affects us all and honestly makes the course feel like a scam. I feel really bad for my lecturers because you can tell they are trying but at this point the course might as well just be an online one, it’s just not fair at all.

And yes before anyone comments, we have tried speaking to our lecturers about this and they acknowledge how shit this all is but there is nothing they can do, the uni is clearly spending our money else where. They’re spending it on trips, fancy new doors that say “good morning” and random shit that we don’t need, instead of actually delivering the service us the students paid for.

hi, i’ve made an account just for this issue that im facing. I sold some brand new boots on vinted and the buyer wants a refund for them due to them being “damaged“, they send me pictures of the boots that looked really scuffed up and heavily used. Immediately alarm bells were ringing as this is not how I posted the boots. I got vinted involved and they basically did nothing, I ended up submitted a further claim about it in the hopes that it will help (i sent them images of the boots from the listing and before i sent them) and now the buyer sent me a screen shot from vinted stating i need to accept the return. I wont be able to make back the money due to the boots now being in crap condition!
