Is what this seller did ethical?

I bought a Novilla mattress in May, but I didn't like it and left a review stating so. The seller contacted me and offered a $200 gift in exchange for deleting my review, posting a more positive one, and giving a 5-star rating. It is really not right for anyone to accept such an offer, because the mattress isn't actually good. I had heard of things like this before; they are likely buying reviews. What they are doing is misleading customers. It involves taking something that isn't actually good and paying people to write reviews claiming it is, or purchasing this service from providers who generate positive reviews and 5-star ratings. I reported this situation to Amazon, but they didn't do anything about it. Just be careful if you are planning to buy a mattress. Nowadays, everything is a sham; people buy their way into making things look good. I can't trust anything anymore.

Edit: I had been waiting to hear back from Amazon for weeks. Naturally, they didn't get back to me. I contacted them again. Now they are telling me that the email address isn't an official one, so there is nothing they can do about it. They think they're so clever; apparently, that email address isn't the official one—it might be a scammer's message, and I'm supposed to be wary. They're trying to cover it up. The seller knows my email address and knows I bought this bed; they want me to change my review to a 5-star rating and say they'll give me a $200 Amazon gift card in return. It's unbelievable—they really think I'm stupid.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY NOVILLA MATTRESS

What am I doing wrong?

Hi everyone, I'm trying to make money with dropshipping, but I haven't made a single sale. I also have a Pinterest account. Honestly, no one is buying anything. What am I doing wrong? Should I run ads? I really don't know.

I deleted Rodie after delivering 77 packages.

I picked up the packages around 4:30 AM. I had two large tires to deliver. At first, I struggled a bit to organize everything because there were so many packages. Then, things didn't go the way I wanted, so I decided to reorganize the packages from scratch. That took me an hour and a half—maybe I’m just too slow, or I don't know. I drive a sedan, so I have to plan the layout carefully. Those two tires really messed everything up; they prevented me from arranging the packages properly from start to finish. I managed to fit one in the trunk and put the other on the back seat. I delivered most of the packages in Logan Square and the surrounding area. It took me 7 or 8 hours to finish because I ran into internet issues. I’d be trying to deliver a package, but there was no signal in that area; not knowing where I was going, I’d drive two or three blocks ahead until I got a connection, then turn back to my actual route. The app kept showing a "loading" screen—it drove me crazy. I was so exhausted that I became really aggressive, and I’m usually a very calm person. It was hot, there was traffic, and on top of that, the app and internet problems made me lose my mind; I felt like I was turning into a different person. I lit a cigarette and started thinking calmly. I had four returns to handle; I dropped them off and immediately deleted the app. My mental health is more important than anything; I hope these sons of bitches have to answer for this someday. They treat people like slaves. I hope they get forced to pay back the money they stole. Never again.

Can warehouse workers assign good orders to their friends?

Sometimes, Spanish-speaking warehouse workers direct other Spanish speakers to a different area, and they seem very chummy. They pick items from a different section rather than the one everyone else uses. I don't know. I recall someone I was friendly with there about a year ago saying something like, "I can set you up with something good if you want... if you pay me." I didn't get it at the time, but now it’s starting to make sense. The warehouse staff are probably funneling the good jobs to their own friends or relatives.

What can I do about this?

I wanted to purchase a sofa. The order was placed, but then a payment issue arose, and it was cancelled. I decided to change my payment method, but the system wouldn't let me. I contacted an Amazon Associate and explained the problem. The associate cancelled the order and instructed me to place it again. They had previously issued me a $100 discount due to a separate issue, and I intended to use that credit for this purchase. After confirming that the original order had indeed been cancelled, I placed a new order using the $100 discount. But—lo and behold—the *other* order (the one that was supposedly cancelled) suddenly updated to "shipped" status, and the full amount—without the discount—was immediately deducted from my bank account. Consequently, I ended up with two active orders: the one I had cancelled, and the new one I had just placed. I immediately had the new order cancelled. However, regarding the previously cancelled order—since it now appeared as "shipped"—they informed me that they could no longer cancel it. In short, they really pulled a fast one on me. The initial order I placed using the discount was cancelled; then they had me place a *new* order using the discount again. Yet, the *first* order—the one that was supposed to be cancelled—suddenly appeared as "shipped," and they charged me the full price without the discount. What can I do about this situation? What is the process for returning the product? I really don't want to have to deal with the hassle. They shipped it via FedEx; I suspect this was all just a ploy to prevent me from utilizing that discount. If FedEx attempts to deliver my order and I tell them I don't want it, will they take the package back without delivering it? Or do I need to go to a FedEx or Amazon return drop-off point myself? And while all this was going on, the supervisor hung up the call and bailed.

Rodie will start food delivery services soon.

I received this news from a very reliable source: they will be starting food deliveries soon. Things look like they’re going to get tough for DoorDash, because these guys are coming in strong.

Only getting one bars in my home internet

I just received it and started using it—and I don't know. I'm at basement level. This was the only option; I hope I don't regret it. I mean, is there anything I can do to get a better signal?
