So, I have ordered a kit a while ago and I have delivered it on the adress written on the envelope that came with the kit after taking the test. So, the issue is that on the international delivery website it shows me that the kit was delivered on 06.07.2026, yet on My Heritage it says that it hasn’t reached the lab yet. Now it is 13.07.2026, is a week delay ok, or should I contact customer service?

So, I’ve been rather interested in the blood types, blood donations and like everything around it and I remember talking with someone who lived in Singapore about hospitals, donation process and blood types and she told me that Rh typing isn’t too common for the majority of people which piqued my interest and after some research learned that hospitals in Singapore sometimes use Rh positive blood for Rh negative patients which was a culture shock for me because being from an European country it was like common knowledge that you don’t ever mix these because of the risk of Rh incompatibility and from a place where the RhoGam shots are a “common practice” it felt perplexed. Is there a reason why this risk is taken?

Ok, deci am încercat să donez sânge recent în România. Pentru mai mult context nu am nici un fel de frică de ace, am căpătat niște rezultate bestiale la analizele mele recente de sânge, nu prea am nici o afecțiune care mi-ar afecta abilitatea de a dona, mai mulți cunoscuți și amici de-ai mei au donat și deoarece am 0-(adică sângele meu poate fi donat aproape tuturor) am zis, păi de ce să nu încerc și eu? M-am interesat pe site-ul lor oficial pentru mai multe detalii, aparent mă calificam complet, mi-am făcut o programare prin BloodDoChallenge la cel mai apropriat centru și am mers în ziua programării.
Când am ajuns acolo mi-au băgat un chestionar cat ziua de mare, unele întrebări m-au cam lăsat așa un pic portret, da cine știe, „better safe than sorry”cum zic unii, apoi am așteptat vre-o oră pe hol deși aveam programare ca după să mă ia doctorul și să-mi spună că aparent deoarece am înălțimea prea mică ar trebui să am mai mult de 63 kg sau ceva de genul pentru a dona.

Pe lângă faptul că mi-am luat roast ca legat de înălțimea mea am mai și pierdut vre-o trei ore din zi.

Am discutat mai târziu cu niște cunoscuți și amici de prin RM, Italia și Marea Britanie și nimeni nu a mai auzit de așa ceva în trecut, plus că nu am găsit nicăieri nimic despre aceasta. Is standardele pentru potențialii donatori de sânge din România mai stricte ori pur și simplu aia nu aveau nevoie de donații și nu aveau nici un alt motiv pentru care să mă refuze?

De ce nu este acest detaliu specificat nicăieri?

Edit: Sunt femeie, am 22 de ani curând, am 157 cm și la momentul cântăririi aveam 59 kg.

We have lived together for a few months and we ended up having a lot of conflicts because of a clash of personalities and different personalities. The worst part is that they ended up very dismissive and uncooperative, considering themselves a self appointed rebel. The issue is that because of that I have found myself having trouble being in their presence for too long without getting more and more detailed intrusive thoughts of how to physically hurt them to the point it started interfering with my sleep schedule and my ability to communicate with them, as well as my work and study productivity. I just cannot stand them at all. The issue I somehow need to survive one more month till our contract ends, tips on how to do that. I cannot afford therapy right now. I just need a way to catalyze these feelings somewhere else so I don’t end up hurting someone else or myself.
