STALKER2: I get into closed building via casual gameplay while discovering places

I was walking at Rostok factory and found using normal gameplay (without cheats) to get inside of building which has no "normal" entrance.

First need to go to end of 4 red small cooling towers (at Rostok), go to roof using ladder and jump on vent canal, then going to open window jump inside of building.

There is real black room with... "total exit" of map!
