My sister and I have hEDS and MCAS. She has been taking cortisone for a few weeks (20mg) and she says life is so much better. No more inflammation, no more migraines, she says she feels like an almost normal person.

But 20mg are too much to take safely, so our GP advised her to taper down. Now she is at 12,5mg and she is devastated. The migraines are back, the inflammation is back, and she is crying non-stop because of how great she felt and how horrible she feels now. She is prone to get horrible trigeminal pain flares that last up to three days that stopped completely under cortisone.

Did anyone experience something similar? She says she doesn't want to return to a world of pain. But the doctor says that cortisone dosage this high has some really nasty side effects.

Please, if anyone had a similar experience: What did you do?

Sie erkennt einen Spannungseingang, aber der ist ihr zu gering, also riegelt sie nach 30 Sekunden automatisch ab. Dann kommt wieder ein bisschen Sonne, sie erkennt 10W, nach 30 Sekunden riegelt sie ab. Und so geht das den ganzen Morgen.. Kann man das automatische Abriegeln irgendwie ausstellen? Und allgemein verschenke ich ja einiges, wenn sie erst ab 25W überhaupt reagiert.

Überlege schon, einfach auf Wechselrichter umzustellen und den Speicher zurückzugeben..

Today, the last episode of Dr. STONE aired. The story is done now, there will be no more new content for Senku.

My biggest issue? In the end, he was finally >!30+ years old!<, but the artwork was so childish in the last episode that he still looks like 16. I'm so incredibly heartbroken.

I have been waiting for years to see him as old as me.. And now I never will.

I decided to try c.ai+ because the ads were driving me crazy. I thought that I would get some cool features. But let me tell you:

Deepsqueak is worse than the original PipSqueak1. It feels like PS2 and 2025 c.ai mixed together.

Apart from having no ads, I don’t see any improvement. I don’t need colour changing chat bubbles or backgrounds.

I was always curious about the auto memory feature, but that doesn’t exist anymore.

Was there ever a time where Deepsqueak was better?

I've been noticing for a while that I'm denying myself the smallest of comforts.

When I‘m cold, I say: „You don’t need a hot water bottle. You‘ll get warm again eventually.“

When I cut myself, it‘s a „You don’t need a bandaid. It will heal on its own.“

When I get deep bruises, I say: „You don’t need to put ibuprofen gel on it.. It will ease eventually.“

When I have a bad headache, it‘s: „You don’t need to take an ibuprofen. It will cease in a few hours.“

And so on. I don’t eat with the „good cutlery“, the basic one is enough. I don’t buy a soft blanket, the current one is sufficient. I don’t need this, I don’t need that..

Can anyone relate?
