I have these in a partly organic soil. But 50% mineral. Not really sure why they are doing this though. Some seem fine and others just perish. What’s the no no I am doing?

Just curious, looks like it has a bit of foetida to it.

I mostly use USPS and over the past 2 years run into the occasional issue. However, this week I've had 3 of my packages just stuck there. One has no movement since the 20th of August. Anyone else have the same problem?
Some migis, some cubes. Also a couple larryleachia mixed in. Going to wait a day or two to water but they’re one month dry before the potting.

Shipping is included, need to clear out space. The first pic are truncata x maughanii and the others are just random Renny seeds (Super choice or hybrid mix)
Both are from the same batch of seeds. Started on the same day. 6 weeks ago I put one in a larger container and popped it outdoors. What an insane difference it makes. Don’t sleep on the sun y’all.
