Impressive!
The more that comes out, the more excited I get for this device after six years of stagnation. Samsung may have finally figured out that people are getting tired of shelling out $1300 for the same phone year after year.
When the biggest topic of discussion about a new Ultra is whether or not it has rounded edges, you have to know you're being played as a sucker. If most of these rumored changes make it to the final product, this will be the first time in over half a decade that we'll have any real, meaningful upgrades.
Though I have to admit that whoever created this screwed up the "vertical camera arrangement" as it's almost certainly going to be horizontally across the top of the phone and incorrectly indicated that the S26U had 45 watt charging when, in fact, it has 60 watt charging.

I really think this is a no-brainer if even 75% of the rumors about the S27U come to pass.
Battery at least 5500 mAh
All new bigger and better camera sensors with variable apertures
10 bit OLED M16 screen
Privacy display screen issues resolved
Polar face ID in addition to ultrasonic fingerprint reader
Snapdragon 2 nm processor for faster and more energy efficient performance

What percent of "problems" are just caused by user error or user ignorance?

If the S27U maintains the unchanged privacy display, will you buy it?
I'm not sure I will. I had significant eye syrsin/headaches with the S26U before I returned it for that reason. If Samsung doesn't either improve the privacy display screen technology or offer an S27 without it, I may have to look elsewhere.

Reason(s) why I'm waiting for the S27U
Samsung has really just been cycling the same phone with very minor upgrades since the S20U.
It's long overdue to really shake things up. I'm hoping that the S27U brings a completely revamped set of photo sensors with variable apertures, increased battery capacity to at least 6000 mAh, integrated magnets for Qi2.2 accessories, improved storage chips and a 2 nm Snapdragon microchip, among other potential upgrades.
