Define Beyond | Atmospheric House for Late Night

Define Beyond — an atmospheric dark-house track about time, causality and existence

I just finished a new After Midnight track called Define Beyond.

The idea started with a question: we spend our lives searching backward for a beginning while continuously moving toward an end — but if time itself had a beginning, does asking what happened “before” even make sense?

I tried to build that idea into the music as well, using recurring motifs and changes between lighter and darker harmony while keeping the overall atmosphere restrained and nocturnal.

The central thought eventually became:

Maybe there is no cause
when there is no time.

Would be interested to hear what you think of the atmosphere and the way the track develops.

Is YouTube reducing thumbnail quality more aggressively on smaller channels?

I noticed something strange with one of my recent uploads.

The thumbnail displayed by YouTube looks noticeably lower quality than the original thumbnail I uploaded. I put them side by side, and the difference seems pretty significant.

Video for reference:
https://youtu.be/yEo1pEJFQMc

I run a relatively small channel, so I'm wondering whether this is related to how YouTube processes or serves thumbnails for videos/channels with lower traffic.

Has anyone else noticed this on their own uploads?

I'm not claiming YouTube is deliberately doing this to smaller creators — I'm trying to figure out whether this is normal thumbnail compression, a temporary issue, or something that varies depending on channel/video traffic.

Gold: I Still Think the Move Down Is Not Over

https://preview.redd.it/bx77otozixjh1.png?width=1303&format=png&auto=webp&s=81455c4558eade3e1f49a2517e134fff47a18d50

This is how I currently see the market based on my own technical analysis.

Despite the recent move higher and the break above the short-term descending trendline, I still believe the broader move to the downside may not be finished yet.

The current rally could develop further, but for me it does not yet invalidate the possibility of another leg lower. I’m watching how price behaves around the current area and whether buyers can establish a stronger structure before changing my broader view.

The chart shows my interpretation and the levels/structure I’m currently following. Of course, the market can prove this analysis wrong at any time.

What If Alexander NEVER Conquered Persia?

Title: What if Alexander never conquered Persia? We made that start playable in Imperator: Rome

We converted our Bronze Age campaign into Imperator: Rome, which created a pretty interesting alternate starting point:

Persia is still powerful, Zoroastrian, and Alexander's conquests haven't happened.

So instead of rebuilding Persia after Alexander, you can start from this world and decide what happens next — including trying to recreate Alexander's enormous conquests from the Persian side.

We've released the converted campaign along with the mod setup and instructions for anyone who wants to try it:

https://persicusimperium.com/paradox-interactive-mega-campaign-downloads/

The original conversion/playthrough is part of our بازیانه (Bazianeh) Paradox mega-campaign project.

I'd genuinely be interested to see what other players do with this starting position.

Just so you know patriotic Creators are moving to Rumble. Including Goldie.

Goldie is now on Rumble, a video-sharing platform that has become especially popular with right-leaning, conservative, and free-speech-focused audiences. While Rumble is open to creators and viewers of all political views, it is often seen as an alternative to YouTube with fewer restrictions on controversial political and social content.

بعد از سقوط ایران چه بر سر ایرانیان آمد؟

I made a short Persian-language historical video about a question that feels particularly relevant to me right now:

**What happens to ordinary people when the state and political order they know collapses?**

The video looks at Iranians after the fall of the Sasanian Empire. Not everyone was a soldier, and people did not all respond in the same way. Some resisted, some accepted the new rulers, some found ways to cooperate with the new political order, and others eventually migrated and built new communities elsewhere.

I look at these different paths without trying to declare one universally right or wrong.

At a time when Iranians are again living with foreign threats and enormous uncertainty about the future, I wanted to make something that might help people who feel desperate look at how earlier generations faced radically different choices—and what became of those choices over time.

History cannot tell us exactly what to do today. But it can remind us that people before us also faced moments when the future looked completely unknowable.

The video is in Persian:

I would genuinely be interested in criticism of the historical argument as well as suggestions for what Iran Record should cover next.

Does history repeat itself? The fall of the Sassanids and Iran today

It took seven years to release this video. I think now is the perfect time.

How to insert Stronghold Kingdoms Attack Formations files (PC & Mobile G...

I've started building a **free Stronghold Kingdoms Formation Library** on my website for the community.

The goal is to preserve battle-tested formations in one place, including:

* PvP attack formations
* AI castle attacks
* Wolf Lair formations
* Bandit Camp formations
* Village capture setups
* Multi-wave attack series
* Formation README files and instructions

I've also made a tutorial showing how to:

* Download the formations
* Install them on PC
* Transfer them to your mobile device
* Use them in-game

🎥 Video:

🌐 Formation Library:
[https://persicusimperium.com/downloads/stronghold-kingdoms-download/\](https://persicusimperium.com/downloads/stronghold-kingdoms-download/)

The library is still under construction, and I'm continuing to add new formations and improve the documentation.

Everything is tested in-game, and **individual formation downloads will remain free** for everyone.

If there are specific formations or castle layouts you'd like to see added, let me know. I'm happy to expand the collection based on community feedback.

Bronze Age → Crusader Kings II | First Successful Conversion Test (Direc...

I've just completed the first successful test of converting a Bronze Age campaign into Crusader Kings II using Imperator: Rome as the bridge.

The converter is already producing playable worlds, although some ancient country names and localization still need refinement. This is an early milestone toward a complete mega campaign that can span from the Bronze Age all the way to Stellaris.

The converter package is available to download if you'd like to test it yourself, and I'd really appreciate feedback on bugs, incorrect mappings, or anything that could improve compatibility.

You can get the download link here and try it out for yourself:
https://persicusimperium.com/downloads/paradox-interactive-mega-campaign-downloads/

A special thanks to Mark Bakker (De Bard van de Mist) for inspiring this project.

I'd love to hear your thoughts—what would you improve, and what would you like to see next?

I think I found the Stronghold 4 Demo's building limit—and a few interesting mechanics

After several playthroughs of the Stronghold 4 Demo, I decided to stop playing normally and instead see how far I could push the game's mechanics.

Some interesting things I found:

  • A gate layout that forces attackers through your towers first, making your defenses much more effective.
  • Better ways to maximize wood production in the early game.
  • Why stone cutter placement matters more than it first appears.
  • Situations where switching between the Good Lord and Bad Lord can actually be beneficial.
  • The game's current building limit, and why I think it would be useful if the UI displayed how many building slots remain.
  • A few medieval-inspired castle design ideas that also improve gameplay.

I'm not trying to "break" the game or exploit bugs. My goal is to understand the mechanics, find better strategies, and provide constructive feedback while the demo is still in development.

I'd love to hear what everyone else has discovered. Have you found any hidden mechanics, unusual strategies, or reached the building limit yourself?

Here's the video if you'd like to see the tests and results:

After years of building a gaming community, I finally launched the Persicus Imperium Token ($PERS)

I've been running the Persicus Imperium gaming community for years through YouTube and my website. Rather than creating a token for hype, I wanted something that could become part of the community itself.

$PERS is intended for community rewards, future access to digital content, tournaments, and other ecosystem features as they are developed. Treasury tokens are held for long-term development, and if I ever do channel member airdrops, I'll personally buy the tokens from the public market instead of taking them from the treasury.

This is a long-term experiment in building a transparent community ecosystem around a gaming brand, not a promise of quick profits.

I'd genuinely appreciate feedback from people who have built community tokens before. What would you do differently?

I also am looking for someone who can help me find a way to safely check the wallet of people to see if they can use the download feature for website

I plan to put game files and mods and converter apps plus royalty free music for the website for the members to download

Reward them with tokens and use it for governance on the website

Where to raise awareness about my new token

Hi all. I just made a new token for utility of my very small gaming community. I want to know if there is a reddit sub that I can show the content related to the coin.

Google AI told me I have to finish the liquidity curve in one year or my coin would die.

Please help.

Iran and USA over BTC

Iran was mining bitcoin for years. They have made a big stockpile through very early purchases and mining. It has use for them.

Current campaigns of the USA aims more to economical pressure and that gives incentive to reduce the price of bitcoin, regulate stable coins and press the alt coins. I don’t have insider but this is aligned with their policies.

They have attacked frozen and confiscated crypto assets belonging to Iran that validate this. There are other validators like Iran paying bitcoin to get things done.

Higher BTC prices is in favour of Iran and vice versa.

I hope this gives you some clarity over your trades.

I’ve been running a long-form GIGA campaign across multiple Paradox games, starting from the ancient era and carrying everything forward into Europa Universalis IV. Though from Ancient Era now remains Hepdatic religion only and Ancient Egyptians

Every border, culture, and decision has been preserved through converters , now trying to recreate a modern world with familiar names— so the world in EU4 isn’t historical, it’s the result of everything that happened before. dominant religion of Europe is Reformed Norse. Christianity is minority and fractured so is Islam. (I added Islam manually to the campaign)

Right now, I’ve entered EU4 in a pretty unstable situation:

  • A massive Viking Empire dominates large parts of Europe and middle east and Russia
  • Corruption and inefficient wars are slowly weakening it
  • Smaller powers are growing under the surface
  • I’m playing as England, still under the empire… for now

also there is a holy Indian Empire in India to preserve the diversity in that region.

I’ve been building up the economy, embracing the Renaissance, and trying to secure support from major powers to break free from the empire.

The goal now is independence — but it’s one of those situations where:

If I move too early → I get crushed
If I wait too long → I fall behind

I hope you enjoy the video.
