How much is a good UK salary for a 25 year old?

I’m 25 and earn 36k, Inshallah I’m hoping to get a promotion in the next 6 months which will up my salary to 45k. I’m a girl, not that it matters much but just for context that I won’t have the expectation to provide for anyone lol.

I know the job market is cooked right now so Alhamdullilah I am grateful. However, I do have a first class degree and was always good in school so I’m wondering if I’m selling myself short by not aiming higher and instead sticking to a “comfortable” career thats not demanding.

DMed this guy and he didnt open it, but his friend has requested me what do I do?

So I DMed this guy who is public on tiktok to get to know him for marriage (strictly). Hes not an influencer he only has like 2k followers) and I followed his instagram. He did not reply or follow back (he seems to be inactive on instagram anyway).

However, a few days later one of his friends follows me on instagram, I’m wondering if I can do anything to get through to him via his friend?

Insecure about showing my hair to my future husband

Does any other girl relate to this struggle?? Im a hijabi and my hair is very very fine. Its completely flat and boring. I already use minoxidil, take my supplements, dermastamp my scalp and take good care of my hair but its just naturally like that.

Im worried that my future husband is going to be disappointed that my hair isnt nice, I even have a mashed hairline lol.

Am i being dramatic here??

How do guys feel about marrying a slightly older girl?

Im 25 and it seems like most the guys I’m interested in on Muzz are 24 lol. Some do match with me but it surprises me as I’d have thought they want a younger girl.

Can I get a guys’ input?

Does anyone find the print materials much better than the solids?

I have a few solids and a couple prints, the prints are flowy, soft, amazing. The solids however are just very meh and normal. Its annoying because i want to move away from wearing prints but they feel so good and sit so well.

Is it only me whos noticed this?

I don’t think I’m my type’s type??

I downloaded Muzz 2 nights ago and went on invisible mode as I didn’t want to be found on there lol. I liked 50 guys but only got 6 likes back. I’ve literally already gone through all of my filters.

Even in “real” life, I do get interest but its always guys I wouldn’t consider my type, those that are my type don’t seem to approach/pursue.

How am I supposed to know if I’m just punching above my league??

Girlies, where are we finding our husbands??

Hey girlies, I've recently turned 26 and really struggling to find a partner. I've always preferred to meet someone In person "naturally", but thats not happened for me as of yet. I go to work, gym, try and go out. Unfortunately family connections have not worked for me at all.

If anyones got any good tips that'd be amazing!

Invisible mode on Muzz, recommend?

I’ve always been hesitant about dating apps because of my pics being out there for everyone to see, however Invisible Mode on Muzz allows you to be invisible to everyone except those that you like yourself.

Has anyone tried it out?

Going to third spaces to seek a spouse is absolutely useless

Since the beginning of this year I have spent every single week (bar a handful) going to a coffee shop that is full of Muslims, in hopes that someone will express interest in me and approach. Families and the mosque route has got me nowhere either.

However, every single week it’ll be the same thing. Guys will be there, they will look over, but say/do nothing. I cant even approach because they be in groups, plus I’m not conventionally attractive.

So annoying.

Why do guys look in coffee guys but not approach?

Aside from work, gym and home, I barely go anywhere aside from this coffee shop and there are loads of Muslim guys there too, so I was banking on it being a decent option to find a husband (i have tried the mosque, rishta grps etc but don’t find like minded people).

But guys dont really approach me, I’ve noticed people spark up convo with other (non-hijabi) girls, but not me. I’m naturally shy so speaking to them myself isn’t really my preferred option.

Meeting potentials in a coffee shop?

Salaam everyone. I’m 26 and had started to feel extremely hopeless about finding a husband. I was literally struggling to meet any potentials at all, as apps weren’t for me and the rishta process was not working either. I barely use social media, and having not found anyone at school/uni/work, I literally feel/felt hopeless.

However, I recently started working at a coffee shop, and I was shocked at the amount of guys that were there (I thought coffee shops were girl spaces lol). There are a few guys who I’ve seen a couple times and it feels like a good potential place to meet other regulars.

But I’m not sure if I’d be overstepping, if guys would be open to speaking and if so how to approach it. I’m a shy girl. A few guys do look and/or smile but again as people are there to work, I don’t know if it’d be appropriate. I’d appreciate any advice? For context I’m in the UK.
