Does anyone have problems sleeping

This might be a little rough around the edges as it's 2 in the morning here. I dont have anendophasia or anything else. But, I do have sleeping problems. And, normally white noice helps, and I... Play some music or audio in my head and fall asleep like that. Suddenly 20 minutes ago, i have had freedom stuck in my head for the last two days, it just stopped. Along with any other inside voice, idk if that is normal in general, but I guess people here wouldn't know about it. And.... After it stopped, I just started hearing everything, my breathe, the fan, noices outside, and, for me, that's hell. So i wanted to ask, does that bother anyone? Do you play any audio and fall asleep to that maybe? It's too loud and uncomfortable for me so I don't do that. Ambient music helps, but it bother my brother, so I don't do that.

Increased hunger

24M I have lost 14 kilos in the last 5 months 87->73. I had originally aimed for 75-72 kilos, and for the last month I increased how much I ate since I was also going to the gym and I wanted to relax a little. But, exams came and for the last 2 weeks I haven't been able to go to the gym, and I am.... Crazy hungry. I dont really count calories, but I was eating around 1600 in the previous months, and now i must be eating... 2800+ for the last 2 weeks. I think I have gained around 2 kilos (I weight my self at the gym, and I plan to go tommorow, so it may be less). I have been sleeping badly, eating... Not that good and didn't manage to exercise much, so Idk. I'm not that concerned about the 2 kilos, but more about how hungry I am and I don't know what to do.

How would you describe your thinking?

Hello, I have started some "research" on people's ways of thinking for a personal project of mine(I want to write a book and trying to make some characters have a little different thinking then mine) I learned about aphantasia and asked there, and, someone told me about SDAM, I... Can't say that I completely understand it, but, from what I read, it's the inability to relieve in your mind past expiriences. So... I have some questions, if anyone is willing to answer, or give me their own pov on how they think, perviece reality. It would be very helpful. Now... The questions are probably limited by my inability to expirience it, so... Maybe you can give extra...information? Insight? Yeah

So, would you say that this affects the way you think? I read a lot people with aphantasia also have this, and some have me their expiriences, so, that may go more to people that don't have aphantasia. Are you able to make up thinks in your mind and feel them? Go through the emotions of a character from a movie?

Would you say that this affects how you remember events? And it says from a first person in the description of it, can you see them as a 3rd person?

Do you feel like you have a strong imagination?

Hmmm, those are the things that come to mind, if you have anything else to add it would be helpful, thanks in advance 😄

How would you describe your way of thinking?

Hello, so, I am trying to write a book, in which I have many different characters. In the process of writing said characters I thought that... Everyone seems to have the same thinking process as me, because that is what I know. So, I started researching a little, I learned about aphantasia, which is when a person can't picture things in their brain. I made a post there, and a person told me about anendophasia, which... I had never heard about. I... Almost always think in a voice, so, it seemed weird, so, I was wondering if anyone could share their way of thinking to help me. So, some... Questions, and if anyone has anything different to expand to, of course it's welcome, I understand that... Maybe cause I don't think like that, there may be obvious things that I miss, but I will ask those that come to mind first

How would you describe your thought processes? Are there words but not a "sound". (there is a good chance I dont understand what anendophasia is at all)

Can you remember dialogues? Can you "hear" music in your brain? Or any sound

Lastly, could you force a voice out, but maybe your normal way of thinking doesn't have one? Like, for me, when I write a sentence, I internally repeat it to my head. Or when I also just read normally.

I may have a wrong idea about anendophasia, but yeah, anything would be helpful, thank you!

How would you describe your thinking process?

Hi, so, I dont have aphantasia, I'm currently trying to write a book, and I have many characters, in the process of... Trying to make everyone's way of thinking a little different. While searching I found aphantasia, I had heard about it a long time ago but never thought of it. So, my question is. How would you describe your... Way of thinking that you feel may be different from people that don't have it? I have a friend for example that has aphantasia, and she once told me that she didn't *see* dreams. She knew where she was, what was happening but didnt see them. Which was... I never considered that that was possible. Now... I dont know if I could phrase it any different, and I guess, no one knows how other's think, so it's hard to describe how one might be "different". But some examples.

How would you describe a memory? It would be more focused on other senses? The feelings you had at the time?

How would you describe the way you... Hear a story? For me, imagining and creating a picture in my head is important, so... Idk if maybe it would affect someone

What are some domains for Gods?

I'm trying to think of some domains Gods could have for a story. For example God of war, God of adventures. What are some others, maybe more unique ones that arent seen so often?
