I tried a couple of comps and different artifacts/weapons setups, but I still fail to destroy the 2nd shield when I am 2-3 Nefer's CAs away from victory.

I also have C0R1 Ineffa, C2 Kazuha, C6 Sucrose. Tried with either of them, still not enough. What else could I try to do?
So, I started a new playthrough as a mage, went to the New Camp and talked to Lefty and refused to give out water. We started fighting, but suddenly everyone else started attacking Lefty, even Rice Lord. They don't just knock him out, they finish him off
For the past 5 minutes, every time I opened Chrome, I was getting this annoying popup asking me to select a certificate. On every single launch. I did not press anything, neither "Ok" mor "Cancel", but it stopped showing up on its own. What was that?

I've decided to try OCing my RAM a bit since it was running at 2400, while the listed speed is 3200.
At first I enabled XMP and called it a day, but Windows greeted me with black screen and a cursor. I was able to press CTRL-ALT-DEL and reboot from there.
So, next thing I did is that I disabled XMP, but changed System Memory Multiplier from Auto (24) to 30.
And now my task manager shows that my speed is 3000 now. Is that all? Or do I actually have to enable XMP but tweak multiplier manually this time?
My MB is Aorus B550. Using Crucial Ballistix 16 GB DDR4 3200MHZ RAM sticks.

First of all, I am amazed by the emulator's progress. It feels like a couple of months ago the game was unplayable and crashing every now and then.
Anyway, back to my question. The game runs smoothly most of the time, but sometimes I get stutters and freezes. Like when I hit an enemy, go somewhere, or some vfx happens (healing, shooting, throwing a molotov). It doesn't happen every time, so my guess that it's something to do with shader cache.
I understand that ShadPS4 is WIP, but is there anything else I could try to make my experience a bit smoother? I will appreciate all suggestions and try them out!

I also have a question about the FPS patch. I noticed people sometimes use 60 FPS + (with deltatime). It's not in the BB Launcher if I download the patch list, but I know where to find it. Is it better than the 60fps++?

I need to transfer my save files from PS5 to PC. But I discovered that I need to sign in first to do that. I can't log in to my account since I am from a region where SMS codes for 2FA simply can't be received, no matter how I try. In the email, PS support asked me to call them. The guy on the phone told me they have some technical issues and asked me to call back later. I am wondering, if there's a way to bypass this mandatory sign-in? I tried disconnecting my PS5 from the internet, but it still won't let me transfer save files to USB.
And yes, I am transfering PS4 save files, in case anyone tells me PS5 files can only be uploaded to cloud.

Basically, I am having the following trouble: if I start sprinting and use, for example, 1H light attack and stop holding W button but keep mashing LMB, my character will keep performing this running attack even though I am not moving forward (I mean I don't press anything to move forward).
Same behaviour happens when I use sneak attack, press Crouch button while the attack is still going, keep mashing LMB — the character will keep performing sneak attack animation.
I am not running any mods that change animations. And it also happens without any mods, actually. I would like to know if there's a mod that basically stops my character from doing running attacks when I am not actually running or sneak attacks when I am not actually sneaking. Hope that explains it.
