Does 6 Empty Mech Bay Slots mean I can only own 6 mechs, so should buy more of those while 1/2 off, before a premium mech?

Worth stocking up on consumables like Cool Shot or others, C.A.S.E., Single/Double/Clan Heat Sinks, Jump Jets, regular/Clan MASC, Targeting Computers, or weapons?

Recently got a better PC to replace my 13 year old laptop. Pretty sure I've read the PC Xbox version of the game can be modded, but considering re-purchasing on Steam if it makes it easier to add/save mods. Would think either way I'd still be getting the same mod manager + mods from Nexus?

Love the fact that we can remap double the keys using the macro buttons, but makes it a bit much to remember. Is there any way to name the keyboard mappings, or do I need to make a “Combine Keys” for each individual button just so I can enter a custom name?

Want a case that can hold the extras too, do I just need to look at a Messenger Bag? I’m leaning towards the JSAUX Modcase, like the Grip Case + Cover. Also got a non-folding Bluetooth mini
keyboard (1.5 inches wider than XAX), still need to get a mouse & dock, going to use an Xbox One controller. Maybe cords to use with my Meta Quest 2 to play Steam VR games. Wasn’t sure about stick/button caps or screen protector.

Or are there much better SSDs to get, or is that one a bit dated? I’m unsure on the longevity or what’s considered “best”. From a quick search sounds like better SSDs are just better boot/load times, no impact on gaming performance, so just unsure on the longevity, if better to get new one with a warranty.

$1500 for NVIDIA RTX 4080 Super + Intel i9-14900KF + 64GB RAM + 2TB SSD. It's a used PowerSpec G478. Is it just pretty good, or GOOD GOOD? Also could potentially add-on a 27" monitor, 260Hz or 4K, unsure which is better for gaming?

I usually play on low settings for max performance. I'm mainly a console gamer, but been building my Steam library to make the switch when I found a good deal. Last week just got an Asus Ally X to start playing some games, but at this point thinking prices won't drop in 1-2 years even if costs drop due to inflation.

Seeing multiple posts in my area selling an Asus ROG Ally X for $200 $USD, most show them powering on & look fine. But they all contain product codes with the name & I’m not seeing obvious information about them ==> v8231, x3908, f6634, s1910, u1995, v3360. Never seen these with normally priced listings which is throwing me off, having specific product details but listed abnormally cheap. Too good to be true, or worth the risk?

EDIT: Most of the sellers have Location hidden. Might show pickup locally, but one of them their seller profile shows in Nampula, Mozambique. & Emma is an African man. They’re all scams.
