How’s the pricing on what my contractor quoted me for swapping out wall material on an exterior wall?

Front door wall, currently has this weird tile thing. I want it ripped out and put in this white fake stone material. Wall is about 13’ long and 7.5’ high. Window in the middle and a door.

I was quoted $9750 for the work, and I supply the door and the wall material. Doesn’t include anything to do with the window.

No idea what pricing should be like for this kind of work.

How to progress form assisted pull-ups to regular to weighted?

Curious if anyone’s gone through this.

I’m getting the minimal weight in assisted pull-ups where 12 reps doesn’t require much assist at all. Do I just jump full ship to regular pull-ups at some point and let it go from there? Or curious if there’s anyway to program in so it sometimes gives some sets as 0 weight assist.

Is this a typical print quality for small mailers?

Bought a sample box from a supplier. It's not awful quality.. but its not great. This is only 5" wide, so you hold it close. The QR code and barcode are both a bit grainy, plus all the background is too.

I reached out to them and they said this kind of printing (digital?) looks best from far away. Which like ok, but this is a product box.

Just curious if I should try another supplier or if this is standard.
