I just finished designing and putting together this personalized daily planner pad, and wanted to share :)
I just started making these cute personalized mushroom notepads :)
Hi! I own a stationery shop, where I make anything paper related, even paper itself from scratch! Everything in my shop is designed and handcrafted by me. :)
This red floral stationery set I designed and handmade :)
I absolutely loved putting this pretty purple stationery set together!
What's going on here?
This happens with every book after I use a binding cradle to punch the holes through with the awl. Even if I punch from the opposite side, so that the frayed edges are on the inside, the needle I use with the thread pushes it back out.
Does anybody know how I can prevent this? I would be so grateful!
I added glitter to my wax to test it out, and now I don’t know if I’ll ever stop 😄
New to saddle stitching, ideal paper weight?
I've made a few journals already, but I think I might be using too heavy of paper for both the inside and the cover, because they don't lay flat and closed no matter how long I have them in a book press for. For the cover, I'm using 100lb cardstock (probably way too much), and for the inside I'm using 34 lb. text copy paper, 15 pages, so 30 pages total when folded in half.
Am I way over on my paperweight? What is the ideal weight for both the cover and the inside pages?
Woof, my paint game is not so great, but I’ve been waiting on my navy blue wax just for this stamp!
I love dusty blue, so I made a stationery set with it!
A new ephemera kit I put together! 170+ pieces (phew!), English rose garden themed. :)
I made a card set with this design, it came out really well!
This swirly card started out just black and white, but then I decided that wouldn't do, I needed ALL the colors!
Applying mica powder to stamps?
I'm trying to use gold mica/pigment powder on my stamps, so that the design stands out. I've seen people just rub their finger over it and it looks amazing. But when *I* do it, it gets all over the background too. what's the best way to apply this so that it doesn't go everywhere it shouldn't?
