Any affordable EOR options for hiring in LATAM?

We’re a small startup trying to hire a few developers in Brazil and Mexico but we don’t have local entities set up.

We’re looking for an employer of record to handle payroll, compliance, and local labor laws so we can stay compliant without overcomplicating things early on.

We’ve looked at bigger platforms like Deel and Remote but at $500–600 per employee per month it gets expensive pretty quickly for a bootstrapped team.

Just wondering if anyone has found a more budget-friendly.

Need advice on restaurant marketing, customer acquisition and retention

We're operating a full-service restaurant in Houston and I think we're doing a pretty decent volume but growth feels stuck.

We're busy enough but we're not growing month over month and customer retention isn't great.

I know we need better marketing but honestly don't know where to start because there's too many options and I don't have time to figure it out while running the restaurant.

How are you guys handling this? Do you manage it yourself or hire an agency?

Best boxer briefs that don't ride up or lose shape during a hike?

My underwear situation is embarrassing and I can’t wear a good one for my first hike. Most pairs are either cheap and uncomfortable or expensive and I can't justify replacing my whole drawer.

Need something in the middle something with decent quality, actually comfortable, doesn't cost a fortune.

Specifically looking for boxer briefs that hold their shape and don't ride up during high friction activities. Got any recommendations?

How do full-service restaurants actually build customer loyalty and repeat visits?

Running a full-service restaurant doing solid revenue but I realize I don't have a real strategy for getting people to come back. Most of our business is walk-ins or word of mouth.

We're not doing much beyond basic social media posts and Google reviews. Don't really have an email list, loyalty program, or any strategy to increase table frequency from existing customers.

For restaurant owners at similar revenue levels, how are you actually getting customers to come back regularly instead of just one-time visits? Please dying to hear what’s working for you.

Crypto-backed loans vs selling

Worth borrowing against BTC? I have a significant BTC position with massive unrealized gains and need cash for a business investment. Selling would trigger huge capital gains taxes so borrowing against my holdings makes more sense financially.

Looking for a platform that offers loans against BTC collateral. Need transparent loan terms, reasonable liquidation thresholds, and actually regulated so I don't have to worry about account freezes or my collateral disappearing.

For people who've tried this, which one did you use and how was the experience? Did the tax savings make it worth it?

Best employer of record service for hiring in Singapore and Philippines?

We’re planning to expand our team into Singapore and Philippines but don't want to set up legal entities in both countries. Need an employer of record that handles payroll, compliance, and benefits in both countries without massive costs.

Most employer of record services I've looked at have huge minimums per country or only specialize in one region. Looking for something that actually covers SEA without charging enterprise pricing for a startup.

Has anyone used a good service? How was the experience and cost?

Quality men's underwear that's actually affordable?

Been wearing the same cheap boxer briefs forever and they're falling apart. Getting constant complaints about riding up at work, gym, everywhere.

Willing to spend more if the quality is actually there but not trying to pay designer prices. Just need something that stays in place and doesn't stretch out after a few washes.

What brands do you guys actually swear by but don't cost too much?

Looking for breathable but durable boxer briefs

Been wearing Uniqlo Airism forever and the old ones were perfect. Bought the new seamless Airism and it's completely different material. Not breathable at all.

Tried Step One since everyone recommends them but it’s too tight and warm, plus the tag is annoying.

Anyone got better options? Just need something light and doesn't ride up in the heat.

Best private tour guides in London with actual credentials?

Planning a special trip to London and want to book a private tour guide instead of joining a big group tour.

The problem is every company online claims to have expert local guides but I can't tell who's actually qualified vs just someone with a script.

I've read that Blue Badge Guides are the official qualification in the UK and they're the only ones allowed inside certain attractions.

For people who've booked private tours, did you use that guide and was it worth the premium?

Starting a plumbing business and need a basic site. Just homepage, services, contact form, maybe booking eventually.

Squarespace is like $30-40/month which feels expensive when I'm bootstrapping. WordPress looks complicated and I don't have time to figure it out.

What are you guys using that doesn't look like garbage?

Need something fast to set up so I can get back to actual work.

Tired of salon appointments but also can't deal with long nails. I need something short, durable, and actually stays on for more than 48 hours.

I've tried the drugstore brands and they either don't fit right or fall off immediately.

I'm willing to spend a bit more if the quality is actually there.

What brands do you guys swear by?

Looking for something that looks good and can handle normal daily activities without popping off constantly.

Retail Brand: none

My friend is using Reddit to promote and I’m seeing that it can drive really good long term traffic.

Problem is I have no idea how people do it without getting downvoted or banned.

My friend has taught me the basic stuff but I feel like I need something in-depth.

Anyone know good Reddit marketing guides worth looking into?
