He’s an angry guy with mini guns, compared to a fuming dinosaur stomping on the enemy team and one of the most powerful spell casters in the Marvel Universe, he ain’t shit. So why can’t even the goddamn land shark known for eating infinity stones grab him out of his ult?

For context, I mainly used Yuzu EA 4176 up until recently when I decided to swap to Eden Nightly for TL. Yuzu immediately worked with Lossless after adding the launch command, and games added to my steam emulation collections with SRM worked as long as I added the LSFG launch command to them. However since swapping to Eden Nightly, the launch command doesn’t actually seem to do anything.

I have Eden set to Vulkan, and have added the line to individual games, though whilst the frame counter increases to 60, the actual game doesn’t seem to increase past 30. I found a workaround for removing the “launch game immediately rather than open Eden first” command, and that was by moving the specific line that does this to the “Target” file path in properties (which is how Yuzu handled it, no command necessary), freeing up my launch options prompt for the LSFG command. Are there any specific options I need set in the LSFG plugin or any Eden settings I need to change? I’d love to be able to use LSFG again to get games like ACNH to 60fps without doubling the actual game speed.

Specifically the command Eden adds to launch options that immediately opens a game added through ROM manager rather than opening the emulator first (vblank_mode=0 %command% -f -g “/home/deck/Emulation/roms/switch/example.nsp”), alongside the LSFG (~/lsfg %command%) frame gen launch command.

I used to use Yuzu which didn’t need an immediate game launch command, alongside LSFG set to 60fps, as it meant I didn’t need 60fps mods (and I could use it for games with no 60fps mods) and it meant the game speed for switch games didn’t double with the higher framerate. However swapping to Eden, it instead seems to require the launch command to open a game right away rather than the emulator, and inputting the LSFG command after that command gives me a “this ROM format is not supported” error and the game doesn’t launch. Is there a specific way to order or input the launch commands for this to work? Or is this just not possible with Eden?

I’ve changed my admin user password, and changed it again, and each time I try to update Decky through the installer, it tells me the admin/sudo password is wrong. I literally just changed it again so I know exactly what it is, and Decky is still saying it’s incorrect. I’m stuck here, my plugins/Decky has disappeared since the last update, and I can’t update it through the installer. Usually I update it through the Decky plugins page but that’s disappeared. Do I need to update through the launcher or is a plugin causing this? If it is a plugin, how can I remove them to get access to Decky in gaming mode again? Alternatively, is there a way to change my admin password and guarantee it is correct? Upon trying to change it again, I’ve noticed the background which is usually darkened lights up again, and when I click okay it isn’t actually setting the new password but it’s acting like it is. Thanks!
