Help Me Find this Forgotten Kool-Aid Popsicle from the 2000s

Between 2002 - 2009, I regularly munched and chomped on this delectable frozen treat... yet NO ONE seems to remember it, save a select few on the internet (usually Canadians).

These popsicles were individually-wrapped, not available to buy in bulk, and only the grape flavour existed. I know that this treat existed despite no internet records existing. It had a crispy, thin icy shell that was easy to bite into. The center had this tangy-sweet grape sherbet.

Does anyone remember this or (even better) have proof that this existed (wrappers, listings from wholesale retail catalogues / magazines / grocery stores)?

Noël Noël: A Beautifully Haunting Christmas Special

Does anyone else remember watching Noël Noël? I remember being so haunted by this Christmas special. For the longest time, I only remembered the part where the fairy died after a forest was destroyed.

Lost, pink kids sunscreen from the 2000s

Between 2001 to 2008 in Canada, my sister and I used this pink sunscreen for kids. The sunscreen had a thick, spreadable, lotion-like consistency. It came in a salmon-coloured, squeezable bottle. The sunscreen itself was light pink and smelled like a sweet lotion.

I'm looking for the name of the brand of this sunscreen. Any leads are appreciated!

President's Choice Extra-Rich Milkshake Packs

If you were a Canadian kid in the early 2000s, you knew that these were the most delectable lunchbox beverages. They were thick, buttery milkshakes that came packaged in small boxes (like juice boxes) with straws.

As an early 2000s kid, I learned how to use a pair of scissors in order to sneakily cut open a new pack of these after my mom brought them home from the grocery store.

Knorr's Frozen Entrees

Heating this up taught me how to use the stove as a tween. I used to take them to school for lunch every now and then.

Searching for Frozen Grape Koolaid Treat from Early 2000's

Does anyone know the name of this frozen, grape-flavoured treat from the early 2000's (and perhaps before) available in Canada? They came individually-wrapped. The outside of this treat had a crisp, shell-like frozen coating. When you bit into the treat, it had a creamy, grape-flavoured filling (a cross between sherbet and ice cream).

No one else remembers this, so I'd appreciate any leads.

ETA: other people remember it, but none of us can find any records proving its existence. Here are some comments on a Facebook post about this treat (thank you u/left4alive for sharing this post):

"I’ve been trying so hard to Google this and find it but I absolutely remember this! The popsicle was the Kool aid man! I miss it so much. It was very creamy too. I miss it."

"This was not a dream…

I remember a grape koolaid popsicle and the only place I could ever get it from was from the corner store individually wrapped, never in a box from my local grocery store.

I’ve never been able to find it since my childhood and I can’t even find a picture of it anywhere online to reminisce lol."

Does anyone remember the President's Choice grape soda from the early 2000s (2000 - 2006)?

Does anyone remember the President's Choice grape soda from the early 2000s (2000 - 2006)?

I don't like grape soda. But growing up, I was in LOVE with this now-defunct grape soda, from the Canadian President's Choice brand. The grape flavouring used for this soda had a distinct tang that separated it from other grape juices / sodas. It had a deep, red-violet colour, too.

I have spent years looking for a photo of the packaging for this soda, and I cannot find it anywhere so I created this mockup on Canva. I've even used the WAYBACK machine to search through the online catalogues of President's Choice banner brands for photos (Loblaws, NoFrills, Superstore). No luck.

I'd be so grateful for any comments about shared memories of this drink, or leads regarding where I can find a photo of it.

Include spaces when entering Gift Card code?

Hi all,

I'm trying to redeem a gift card by entering my 16-digit code. Unfortunately, it's not working. Are we supposed to include the spaces between each section of 4 alphanumeric characters?

I'm not able to find a conclusive answer on this.

Thank you

FOUND: Empty AirPods case on 509 Streetcar heading south west

I found an empty AirPods case on the last segment (car?) of the 509 streetcar as it headed west towards the Fleet stop. It was on laying in between two seats that faced the front of the streetcar.

I handed the case to a TTC staff member - it may be taken to Lost and Found.

UPDATE: identity confirmed: Caribbean man struck by car in Toronto's Eglinton West neighbourhood

Hello community,

3 weeks ago, I made an appeal. I asked you for help identifying a gentleman who had been struck and killed by a car in Toronto's Eglinton West neighbourhood.

I am writing to provide an update, as I know that many Jamaican individuals were following this case. Earlier this week, we received official confirmation of this sweet brother's identity.

He has been identified as 66-year-old Clive Francis. Here is an excerpt from his bio, written by his family:

"Clive was a devoted Rastafarian, a loving family member, and a respected friend to many. He was known for his wisdom, kindness, and unwavering faith in Jah. His gentle spirit and positive influence touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

On May 31, 2026, Clive was involved in a tragic pedestrian accident on Eglinton Avenue West in Toronto. In the days that followed, authorities sought the public’s help in identifying him. After seeing public appeals, our family was able to come forward and positively identify Clive, bringing answers during an incredibly painful and difficult time."

Clive's family is currently raising funds to cover his funeral expenses. Here is the Go Fund Me link: https://www.gofundme.com/f/help-us-honor-the-life-of-clive-francis?utm_id=97758_v0_s00_e227_tv2_tp1_a1demo0djdp8q0&chat_id=IW1lbWJlcnMtU2RqZDN3ZS1vTExNclhDNTk1ZmRPTEduLTlyc1pSQ1EtZVBmdWlmZm9fSQ%3D%3D

--

I'm not sure if I am allowed to link to his GoFundMe here, but if you are interested in donating and this gets removed or locked, please send me a direct message and I will share the donation link with you.

Thank you.

Rest in peace, dear and beloved Mr. Francis.

Seeking Leads: Caribbean Man struck by car in Toronto's Little Jamaica Neighbourhood

On May 31st, this gentleman was struck by a vehicle on Old Park Road and Eglinton Avenue West (which is famously the location of a cultural enclave called Little Jamaica due to its many Caribbean businesses) in Toronto.

The man is described as a Black man with a long grey beard and hair in long dreadlocks. He was roughly six feet tall, with a slim build.

He was wearing a red toque and a black Adidas tracksuit with a German football logo over top a blue, hooded winter jacket.

Might anyone here know this gentleman?

If you have information, please share here, contact police, or leave an anonymous tip with Crime Stoppers (1-800-222-TIPS (8477))

Thank you.

[TOMT] [SONG] Name of distinctly vibrant and warm music style from 2000s

There’s a specific style of music characterized by a deep bass, acoustic guitar, soft percussion, and (sometimes) piano. What is it called?

Here are some songs with the characteristics described above:

I’d be grateful for any leads to the right name for this style of music, as I’m trying to find a specific sound for a project.

Thank you so much!

What is the name of this haunting, whimsical song?

Heard in a store, performed by a woman with a haunting voice. The only lyrics I can interpret are: "something, something, breaking all the rules."

Help Identifying a very Niche Aesthetic

What is this aesthetic, and when / why did it become super popular? I feel like I've only started seeing it recently but has it been around for longer?

I'd also be curious to know why this aesthetic was created (e.g, is it in response to another aesthetic?)
