for some reason my bc disability is now only 1100 when it should be 1485
does anyone have any idea why it’s changed.

Help finding an anime i once saw
so it’s either an isekai or not, i think it was dubbed.
its not saints power or book of ascendance.
but i remember a big huge cathedrals to the sky on like a cliff with lots of white around.
this girl is a saint or goddess whos in charge of everythin, but all she wants to do is have fun, but is constantly brought back. i think she’s on the smaller side.
so i guess suggest me anime with goddesses and saints in a place like this cause i could be misremembering her personality

it was a interesting this all i remember was a blonde guy with braid, had lighting powers was sent ontop of train to rescue a singer who was trapped inside said train at front
idk if there was bomb or not, it was a more cyber era train, with a huge projection screen of the singer on it, he was in an agency tasked to save her, he either used guns or a sword.
he had kinda spiky more dark but still blonde like slightly darker than lucy heartfilia, and i think he had a braid and was in all black maybe
