How to deal with a roomate who you were close to but now doesnt like you?

I moved countries recently and was lucky enough to find housing with a couple of housemates who are sisters.

We all really bonded the initial couple of months, went everywhere together. A new roomate moved in. Lets call her A.

A is really nice as well, but she would limit her interaction with us and doesn’t come out of her room if necessary. The sisters however were still real friendly to me and A. They even gifted me a gift for my bday, and it unfortunately broke so they even got it fixed.

But the younger sister now doesnt really talk to me anymore. Even if she does, its usually curt and fake, not genuine and smiling like before.

They have been really nice to me so far and the elder sister still is. But the behaviour of the younger one just being bland and curt towards me has been weighing in on me. We used to go shopping together now she doesnt even ask me

I know i should have better things to think about but it really affects my day

How do i deal with this? I dont want to confront her because i feel like shell just say nothing is wrong and later be annoyed. How can i resolve this without confronting her?

LPT I am so clumsy i hate it

I recently started living with housemates and they are really nice. We have had a good friendly relationship so far but I keep doing clumsy stuff unintentionally which i think now has annoyed them alot

They gifted me something for my birthday which kind of broke so they got it replaced patiently

I was confused about something which they resolved as well

The same day their vaccum cleaner i used stopped working which was not my fault but they naturally assumed it was

I have been really careful nowadays but today, I dropped a glass and although i cleaned it up i had to text them about that again.

I feel like their patience is wearing thin with me now, especially since one of them who used to smile and talk to me alot never does anymore

I dont mean to be clumsy it just happens. What can i do about this?

How to start the gym as a beginner

I am a going to be starting the gym soon to improve my mental health but have no idea what workouts to do. I can not afford to hire a personal trainer rn because they are quite expensive, and I am worried i’ll end up not using the correct posture and injuring myself.

Any advice or recommendations? Please be kind🥹❤️

Also is it really necessary to wear gym wear or are tshirts and track pants okay?

What are some shows like the Thin Blue Line?

I really loved the thin blue line! Does anyone have a recommendation to shows similar to it which are funny with a good laugh?

Why do I feel tired lol

I am just three months into my PhD, and I have been working a lot, but the results don't reflect the hard work and dedication I am putting into to it. I know i am still early on into the PhD, but how do you manage to stay motivated and push yourself even on the days you feel like nothing is working out or don't want to work but have to lol

Presentations

Hey Guys!

I am a first year PhD student two months into their degree! I have a presentation in the lab meeting coming up next week and I am really nervous. It would just be me giving a background of my work to the lab, and the members are really nice but somehow I feel that I won't be smart enough or say something that makes me look dumb.

I am also scared that, if they ask me questions and I don't know the answer, my supervisor might be disappointed and it would reflect badly on him too.

Any words of advice for building up courage during presentations and to stop thinking too much?
