Are boxing gloves and skin colored turtlenecks allowed in conventions?

Hey so I want to cosplay as Strong Bad from Homestar Runner in a convention and participate in cosplay karaoke for the very first time, and idk if boxing gloves and a skin colored turtleneck is allowed in conventions. Can a friend help me pick up stuff with boxing gloves? Also strong bad is shirtless so that’s why I’ll wear the skin colored turtleneck. Do I need to put on a shirt anyway? Also I’m autistic so first time cosplaying for a convention might be confusing lol
